Experience the beauty of Maine's Sebago Lake Region at this charming, light-filled waterfront cottage on Panther Pond. Enjoy stunning lake views from the cottage, patio, and dock, all while maintaining a sense of seclusion and privacy. Take in the breathtaking sunsets and listen to the loons as they lull you to sleep. The sloping yard features large slab stairs that lead to the patio and dock, and the property borders a wooded area. The rocky shore provides deep-water access via a ladder on the dock or steps. This friendly neighborhood location includes a sports court for basketball, badminton, and volleyball, while a canoe and 2 kayaks are provided for you to explore the 3-mile long pond. For more water adventures, the dock can accommodate boats up to 24 feet, and the mooring can hold boats up to 14 feet. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy hiking at nearby Rattlesnake Mountain, with shopping and dining options available nearby. There is no shortage of activities to enjoy at this prime location!

I would definitely go back here again.

The patio was beautiful with large stones and nice shade. The house was just what we needed, clean with lots of nice windows in the front to see the lake. Great kitchen. Beds were a little older but I slept great.

Impressive stone patio and stone steps leading to the water. Pickleball and basketball court is a great feature for an active family like ours. Kitchen is nice, large, and easy to cook in. Grill is nice. Conveniently located, Portland is only 35 mins away. Only downsides are one bathroom and the mattresses are not the greatest. But all in all this place is a gem.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved both the sunny and rainy days staying at this cabin. The view is phenomenal, the swimming area is inviting, we loved using the kayaks, playing pickleball and basketball. The location was perfect for us because our sons work at a camp nearby and our daughter liked that we were a short drive from the mosquito! The kitchen was great to cook in, the beds were comfortable and the living area was perfect for games and puzzles...could not ask for more, we'd love to rent again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin nicely situated on the lake with a nice water front. Enjoyed the canoe. Dock boards are old and need to be replaced. Very dim lighting in cabin. Pillows were stained and smelly. Bedding needs to be washed. Need hooks or towel bars in bathroom to hang things on. Found an old (it had been there for some time) adult diaper in my dresser drawer.
