The space This 3-bedroom 2.5 - bathroom townhome is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood in the Energy Corridor/Memorial City Area in Houston, TX.
The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with an ensuite bathroom with large standing shower, extra large walk-in closet, multi-purpose dressing area (can also be used as workspace), and a king-sized bed.
The 2nd bedroom and 3rd rooms are on the 2nd floor and share a full bathroom with jetted bath tub between them. One has a queen-size bed while the other has two twin-sized beds. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets which provide ample storage space.

***The community offers three pools (2 adults and one kiddie pool) including the largest private pool in the city of Houston, two playgrounds, nine tennis courts with six lighted courts, a sand volleyball court and an abundance of greenspace. Access to these amenities are only available via a key fob which guests can request at the time of booking. These amenities are not always available so please be sure communicate requests to hosts. Guest access Guests have full access to the property with the exception of the attic and any locked cabinets (located in laundry room, upstairs hallway, and below coffee bar) Other things to note Pretty straightforward, just treat the place like it's your own and leave it in the same condition it was in when you arrived.
No outside guests that are not on the reservation without prior written approval.
PARKING: You will have full use of the two car ports in the back. Please do not leave the patio door open unattended.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property (including patio and carports) . No Cigarettes , No Vaping, No Cannabis & No Cigars.
No Pets allowed. Any house rule violations will result in forfeiture of full security deposit.
IMPORTANT: Accidents happen, if there is any damage to the property, please let me know right away. I may only have 3 hours to prepare for the next guest and advance notice really helps!
EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT Typically, we can accommodate your request if we have 24 hours notice. Under normal circumstances, it is very hard for us to accommodate early or late arrangements. The home gets a thorough cleaning and "reset" in between the hours of 11am and 3pm. The agreement we have with the housekeeping crew allows some flexibility for them to "turn the house" in that 4 hour window, on their schedule. Since any urgent scheduling requests come at a cost, and we pass these costs along to the person who requests the early check in or late check out. The cost is only $25 per hour of "special time." If you would like to request any special check in/out arrangements please let us know specifically what time you would like to check in or out ASAP, so we can make sure to accommodate your request. If no prior agreement was confirmed by host in writing, late check-outs past 10am will be charged 100% of the nightly fee.
For stays of 15+ days, we require a mid-stay cleaning at a convenient time for you and this will be an add on $100 cost on to the total reservation cost.
