Steps to Sapphire Beach from Casita Tropical - A hidden gem of luxury!

Guests at Casita Tropical will enjoy 24/7 beach access, a gated community, tennis/pickle courts, and a walking pathway for those looking to stay active. A large shared salt pool, along with snorkeling & water sports right on our doorstep.

Our casita is located on one of St. Thomas' most luxurious beaches, just steps from restaurants, beach bars, cafés, & shops all while providing our guests with breathtaking ocean views & sunsets.

The space is newly & fully remodeled as of September 2023. A light and airy tropical feeling throughout the unit with marbled epoxy floors throughout. A minimal boho/industrial style to give you that luxurious oceanfront space. The front enclosed patio has a Spanish-style tile. The patio works as a breakfast/dining area and is great for catching a glimpse of the ocean, sunsets, and any sand left on your toes.

Guest access
Check-in/Check-out Access through the front door. There is also a backdoor with access to the parking lot, pool, and tennis courts throughout your stay. When entering through the back door, please make sure the black bolt is locked.

Other things to note
*Please note* The island is prone to occasional WAPA (the local power company) outages, which typically last 30 minutes to 1 hour. Our condo complex does not have a generator, but we provide flashlights in the unit.

A pre-paid card washer and dryer machines are available on the property, near the gate entrance. It is located in the same building as the property office.

Beach Chairs - Beach tags are provided 1 per guest. These tags must be presented to the beach chair attendant. Please return all tags before checkout. Lost tags will be charged at $50 per tag.

Any hanging of towels, clothes or suits to dry in the front exterior of the unit is prohibited.
