Great restaurants are within walking distance as well. Silver Dunes' community amenities include a sparkling outdoor pool, a tennis court, a fitness center, and a shared washer/dryer.

This air-conditioned condo boasts an extensive balcony with direct pool views, plenty of seating options, and even an outdoor dining table.

Inside, you'll find an open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Unwind on the comfortable sofas in the living area and watch a favorite show or movie on the cable-equipped smart TV. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: Street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis; parking is not guaranteed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
