Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was satisfied overall but I needed to change the room because of the noise of the roof construction but the staffs was helpful to change to another villa. the floor was sticky in the villa. And the hot water for the bath and shower was not enough, the water temperature came to be cold during filling the water in the bathtub and during the shower.

Beautiful location and amenities. 2nd time staying at Ocean Villas, first time in a 3-bedroom. Lots of space for two couples, and plenty of room for a third. Not a straight on view to the beach but still very nice Last year the two of us stayed in a studio and loved it. Enjoyed the restaurants and shops at the Ritz next door.

Location is great. Grounds are very well maintained. Our unit was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking including many spices available in the spice rack. The option of swimming in the ocean or pool was a plus and the hot tub was relaxing. I spent most of my time sitting on the lanai when in the condo enjoying the view.

What an excellent stay! The villa was very well equipped and the communication throughout was clear and professional. The villa was exactly as it appeared in the listing. The property is very well maintained, and the access to the ocean couldn't be beat. The pool and hot tub area were super, and overall we could not have been happier. Thank you so much.

Great place and great value!

Loved the size of the room and thought it was a great value for what you pay. The available parking was great, and it's like you're in your own little private space in Turtle Bay!

Wonderful Villa

The villa was exactly as described with beautiful ocean views from both front and back. It was supplied with everything we needed for our family vacation even the toddler/baby needs. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful staycation

We had a wonderful two day stay here and it was perfect for a mini staycation. We’ve stayed at the Villas before and this unit was great. Clean, well furnished and great views of pool on one side and ocean on the other. Definitely recommend this unit!

Wonderful Stay on the North Shore

The condo was just lovely. Very nicely appointed. The sofa was wonderful for a family of 5 to watch a movie after a nice day at the beach. We plan to come back to Oahu, and I'd definitely rent here again.

Family get away

The condo was terrific. Clean, spacious and beautiful. It was great to have access to the beach locker…we used the snorkel gear and it worked well. Great balcony!

Beautiful Views and a Prime Location

However, the property is aging and could use some maintenance on the exterior, particularly the front door. The interior painting could use a refresh as well. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

We started our vacation in Honolulu for a few days and then moved to Turtle Bay for the balance of the trip. Highly recommend experiencing both parts of the island.The location of the villas is perfect with great access to many things to do. Our unit felt dated but we enjoyed it all the same.

The staff was outstanding and very responsive. The only negative is that the villa is a little dated and could use an overall upgrade, a new sofa, new and cleaner outdoor cushions. It is walking distance to the hotel restaurants and activities, beach, and pool. Also, a quick drive to neighboring towns. I recommend this villa and would consider staying here again.
