This 3-level ski-in, ski-out luxury townhouse is the perfect location for your winter or summer holiday.
Elegant furnishings, gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace, private parking, private hot tub, barbeque. This unit has it all!
Entry level includes in-unit washer and dryer and a den with a Smart TV and 2-sets of twin bunks (4 beds). Second level has a walk-out to front deck with beautiful mountain views and a back porch with a bbq and hot tub. Warm and welcoming, this floor features a 2-piece bathroom, fully equipped kitchen , dining area and great room with a flat screen TV, gas fireplace and pull-out couch. The third floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and ensuite. The second bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed. Both rooms have televisions, dressers and clothes closets. There is a second full bathroom on this level. Bathrooms, kitchen, and entrance all feature heated tile floors and beautiful fir cabinets and doors.
A quiet, meandering 10 minute walk through the Valley Trail (lit at night) to the village and less than 5 minutes on skis to the the Orient or Mount Morrisey chair. The new NHL size skating rink is also a short walk.
World-renowned for its skiing, Sun Peaks is also a fantastic summer destination with a beautiful 18-hole golf course, world class mountain biking, hikes through the wildflowers, geocaching, and of course daily visits to Rocky Mountain chocolate and ice-cream shop!

Mary was an amazing host, communication was super easy and the location was perfect. It was an easy walk to the village and the ski in, ski out access point.The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked. Supplies for bathroom and laundry were also included.Thanks Mary for a great holiday!

Lots of room

Our group of 6 had plenty of space. A variety of beds fit our group well. Kitchen was well stocked. We walked to the nearest ski run or skied on the street on the snowy days. Short drive to the village. Host communicated everything we needed to know for a great trip!

Winter ski trip

Stayed here for a week with my husband and son. The unit was clean and had everything you could need. We lived the location, close to walk to the village, ski-in ski-out and in a nice quiet area.

Just what we hoped for.

My family of four plus extended family had a fantastic 3 week stay in Sunpeaks at this property. The property was very well equipped, particularly with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Our Host, Mary, was most attentive to any requests. I have no hesitation in recommending this property for a stay in Sunpeaks.

Wonderful Vacation

Location was fantastic. Easy ski in/ski out from the end of the road (2 minute walk). Equipped with everything you'd need and the owner was in contact a few times to ensure our vacation was going well. Great bedroom set up for our group and the hot tub was wonderful at the end of each ski day. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely home in a very nice spot

We had a great stay and everything was nice and organized. Close to the village, close to the lifts. We had our family of four plus another family of four and we were very comfortable.

The sun was peaking..

Mary’s place was perfect for our family gathering. Loved the sunset view from the top floor en-suite and the living room/kitchen space for our family of 7. Be prepared to park your car outside the garage as it is used as an entry and gear storage space. Well located for skiing and access to the village trail. We plan on returning!

Can only rave about this rental!

The home is very nice, clean and welcoming. The bunk beds down stairs are perfect for older kids and the bunk beds upstairs are a great idea for younger ones. The en-suite in the primary bedroom was a luxury. We enjoyed the big hot tub out the back door, was quiet and private. Mary thought of everything - the simple things that make a difference- extra paper products, hand cream in every bathroom and hair products in the shower. Ski out is down the condo’s quiet roadway (about 100m) cut between condos on a trail and then about 50m till you are on your way to Orient or Morrisey. Ski home was fun and easy. From the Morrisey Connector trail entered the Sun Peaks Road/corner of Bella Vista Drive and skied along the snow berm to our condo’s roadway. Easy! This was a roomy, comfortable and convenient rental. Would highly recommend for 6-8 guests.

Loved our stay

Great property - well equipped, warm and comfortable beds. Very nice hosts were fanastic to deal with. Trails Edge is a good location it's about 5 mins walk to the end of the street which gets you a trail that takes you to Orient and Morrisey chairlifts. Only a short walk (10 mins) into the village. We would happily stay again.

Great property and location

Great property and lovely owner. After being stuck in Toronto because of a storm Mary helped us find flights to get to Sun Peaks. We had a wonderful stay dispite it being cut short. Everything you need is in the house. Thanks again.

Great Sun Peaks townhome!

We had two families staying together at this townhome during spring break, 7 people in total. Beautiful, highly functional and well-stocked townhome, very much as advertised. Great for groups with 3-4 kids as there’s a bedroom with two sets of bunks on the ground level. Excellent location with short walk to village centre and easy ski-in/ski-out access to Orient and Morrisey chairs. Hope to be back some day!

Look no further!

What an amazing place! Ski in ski out, minutes from town, super clean, great communication from Mary to make us feel comfortable and prepared....we took the family up (4 of us) and had an amazing time! If you are looking for a spacious place to take in Sun Peaks this is one we recommend. Already talking about coming back soon!

Great location and tastefully decorated

We've stayed with the host in the past, and we will likely book with them in the future. The location is excellent, and the townhouse is tastefully decorated. Communication was quick and efficient.

Awesome unit with room for everyone!

This was our third trip to Sun Peaks and we were very pleased with Trails Edge 4. Mary was communicative and accommodating for early check in. The condo was spacious with a bed for everyone and then some. There were lots of hooks and cubbies at the door for ski stuff, and actual skis could be left conveniently in the garage. The hot tub was great- we used it every night even though the temperature was -25C. Because it was frigid out, the slopes were virtually empty, no lift lines, no wait for lunch, which was awesome. We did figure out how to ski in to the door, but I wouldn’t call it ski out. It was a short walk or skate on skis to Morrissey Connector which would take you to Orient or Morrissey lift. Maybe 3 minute walk- not far. Thank you Mary for mailing my daughters Watch that she left.

Great place, friendly & helpful hostess

property was as advertised, was clean and well stocked, clingwrap, salt, utensils, etc. We plan to return every year and will happily come back to this property. The hostess was excellent with giving us information on ski tickets, what's going on etc. She made the stay a lot easier for us and we felt very welcome in her place.

We are a family of five that lives just 45 minutes from beautiful Sun Peaks Resort. We ski, snowboard, snowshoe, hike, golf, and enjoy all the winter and summer activities and fresh air the resort has to offer. Our partners in this property are from White Rock, BC.

We grew up skiing all over the interior of British Columbia and, being in the industry for several years, my husband has skied all over North America. We LOVE this place and believe that you will too. Trails Edge is a beautifully constructed, well-designed resort property. It is a beautiful walk along the snow-covered village trail to all the action and a short trek on skis to the nearest lift (The Orient) and only another 100 yards to Mount Morrisey - one of 3 mountain faces for you to discover. The outdoor skating rink and concert arena, news kid's park and tennis courts are within a few minutes on foot.
