In-floor radiant heat warms you while watching a November storm unfold. Besides the incredible views in the living room there is also a gas fireplace framed with North Shore Ledge-rock. It is hard to leave the two Fjord swivel leather recliners which allow you to shift between the 180-degree Lake Superior views, the fireplace, and the Smart TV (that disappears into the wall when not in use). We encourage you to take advantage of our fully stocked kitchen and enjoy your meals on our dining table with lake views or if the weather is nice take advantage of the private deck. Sitting outside and watching the waves endlessly splash against the ledge rock, catching sunrises and sunsets, star gazing and if you are lucky we might even catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights (a favorite of many visitors). Terrace Point is the perfect place for artists, bird watchers, star gazers, nature lovers, and adventure seekers. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway, a special place to escape the city, explore the Gunflint Trail, hike the Superior Hiking Trail, learn a new skill at the North House Folk School, downhill or cross country ski, experience the local music scene or shop "The Coolest Small Town in America" (Grand Marais).... this is truly the perfect place! -Terrace Point is an entire “Smoke-Free” property - there is no smoking allowed in the condo OR on the entire grounds.
- Our parking area does not have the space to accommodate trailers or campers.
- Please do not walk on the lakeside in front of other units. Use the back parking area if you’d like to access the shoreline.
