This property is in Arlington's Entertainment district and just 1mile from the AT&T stadium, making it the perfect place for sports fans and event attendees! The property is able to sleep up to 14 people between the two units. The units can be booked together, or separately, based on your personal needs! The entire whole features 5 bedrooms 3bathroom and an additional bonus lounge space. 2 Units Combined!

Welcome to this freshly renovated, craftsman-style home and apartment suite centrally located in the DFW area! This beautiful property is in the heart of the Arlington Entertainment district and is just one short mile away from the AT&T stadium, making it the perfect place for sports fans, concert-goers, and event attendees alike! The property is able to sleep up to 14 people between the two spacious units. The units can be booked together, or separately, based on your personal needs! The main house boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms while the apartment suite features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Both units have an open concept kitchen/living/dining space, complete with stainless-steel appliances, including a washer and dryer. Stay and enjoy our space with family and friends!

Welcome and thank you for choosing to stay with us in Arlington, Texas! I am excited you have chosen to stay in my home and hope you enjoy your time here. As a welcomed guest, please respect several house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for yourself and future guests.

General Rules:
1. Absolutely no smoking.
2. No illicit drugs and/or drug use allowed on or inside the property
3. No pets.
4. No parties or events.
5. I ask that you respect my neighbor’s privacy and monitor noise levels after 9pm.
6. Checkout by 10am.
7. While I do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, I kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels in the hamper.
8. I understand that accidents happen but please make me aware if/when they do.
HOST Rules
1. Absolutely no smoking. ($500 Smoking Fee for violations)
2. No illicit drugs and/or drug use allowed on or inside the property. $500 Smoking Fee - If there is evidence that smoking or other drugs were in the property there will be a fine.
3. No parties or events. 
4. I ask that you respect my neighbors’ privacy and monitor noise levels after 9pm. 
5. Checkout by 10am. 
6. While there is thorough professional cleaning between each guest stay, I kindly ask you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels in the hamper prior to leaving. 
7. Report any accidents. I understand that accidents happen, but I ask that you please make me aware if/when they do. 
8. Do not interfere with the other Unit's Guest. Keep back gate closed.
9. DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET ON GAMES DAYS! (CARS WILL BE TOWED)
10.  Pets are permitted under the following conditions;
1. The pet owner is responsible for cleaning up after pets, both in the yard and in the house (fur, etc.). 
2. Pets must be safely kenneled when home alone.
3. Pets are strictly not permitted to be on any furniture. 
4. At check out, if the property owner deems there is an excessive pet fur or evidence that the pets were on furniture, there will consequently be an additional service cleaning fee of $100. 
5. $250 Pet Violation Fee - If there is evidence that a pet(s) were in the property with the pet fee being paid prior, there will be a $250 fee.
