A spacious haven nestled in the serene neighborhood of Rowandale community. It is a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, located just 1.5 miles from the campus and the Square. The Fan Cave serves as an optimal base for exploring all the attractions Oxford has to offer.

Our guests are encouraged to make themselves at home in our comfy den, whip up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, or savor a cup of coffee on the inviting front porch!

Guests have access to every room in the home. The neighborhood also offers access to a public pool, sand volleyball court, basketball court within walking distance, and future pickleball court within walking distance.

► There is a one outdoor camera with audio at the back door facing straight out of the house.
