Our home invites you to relax and create lasting memories with friends and family. Enjoy abundant natural light in the expansive living area, complete with a smart TV and sumptuous leather furnishings. The four stunning bedrooms offer plenty of room for everyone to unwind.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring modern appliances and ample space for collaborative cooking. Stay connected with high-speed WiFi, and if work calls, a dedicated desk is ready for remote tasks. Plus, central A/C ensures a comfortable stay.

*Special Features:

Soak in the relaxation with our Spa/Hot tub, easily heated via a Bluetooth app from your smartphone. Remember to turn it off using the app after use to conserve energy.
Please note that the pool is NOT heated during the summer, thanks to the warm Arizona weather. In winter, you can opt to heat the pool for a cozy swim for an additional charge. ($50/day, with a minimum $250 pool heating fee).

We recently added a fire pit in the backyard. It's the perfect spot to sit and enjoy or beautiful Arizona sunsets after a long day of hiking/biking.

Our Spa can be heated via Bluetooth, with app downloaded to phone. Please turn Spa off immediately after use.

-The fireplace is not functional and shall not be used.
-Out of care and concern for our property, and the enjoyment of our neighbors, we do NOT allow parties or events.
-Strict adherence to noise ordinances; violators may be fined $500 and asked to leave the property.
-Vehicles must park in driveway. On-street parking is prohibited by our HOA.
-Late checkout without prior notice to the host will result in a $250 fine.
