Located in a gorgeous, historic brick building, our fantastic newly renovated condo is right in the heart of downtown Nashville. We have created a space that is a blend of comfy, cozy, historic, and artistic! This fully and newly renovated space is the perfect get-away space. Its peaceful, creative, and clean. We are just a few blocks away from some of the best of what Nashville has to offer including:

Nashville is very easy to get around...though mass transit isn't exactly our 'thing', yet! Lyft and Uber is everywhere and you can easily rent bikes at one of the many bike rental stations scattered around town. We are close to everything!
KEYLESS ENTRY: Our guests have keyless entry and are provided with their own unique code. At the front door, simply enter your unique code on our key-less lock. In the unlikely event that you can't access the condo, please call and we will assist you. Come and go as you please!
CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT:
Check-in is at 3:00pm
Check-out is 11:00am.
We ask that our guests respect our non-smoking rule (there is plenty of room outside for smoking) and do not allow pets.

Everything was great, perfect location for walking to so many downtown locations.Very clean and comfortable, hosts were very helpful and quick with responding to communication. We will definitely plan to a stay here again when we come to Nashville in the future.

The location was perfect for what we had planned. If you want to be off the Broadway strip but within a walkable distance this is the place.

We appreciate your review however are a bit uncertain exactly how to respond. We keep our condo in tip-top shape, thoroughly cleaned by a professional cleaning crew, etc - and this is reflected in almost all of our guests reviews. Regardless, we hope you had a great time!

This is the cutest city apartment I’ve ever stayed in. The space was well appointed and was very cozy. We will absolutely stay here again for our next family visit.

We would definitely return to this unit. The condo had a great personality. The warmth and charm added to our Nashville experience and its great location: we were only a few minutes from the Ryman. I always looked forward to returning to our condo!

We enjoyed our visit. It was close to everything that we wanted. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. It was a great place to stay. I wish there was parking. That’s my only complaint-but it didn’t keep us from enjoying our visit to Nashville and our stay at the condo.

We appreciate your note about parking. While the building itself doesn’t offer private parking, there is plenty of metered street parking, along with both indoor and outdoor parking lots directly adjacent to the building. Parking has consistently been easy and convenient for our guests, and we’re always happy to point people to the best nearby options.
We’re so glad this didn’t take away from your Nashville trip, and we’d love to host you again the next time you’re in town!

Very aesthetically pleasing. Love the overall look and layout. Clean space made it easy to get comfy. There was a great amount of coffee available! Great easy walking distance to Broadway and Bridgestone Arena.

The listing is cute and clean! Looks exactly like the pictures, and is in a very quaint historic building. We had an easy time getting wherever we needed to go either by foot or a quick uber. I only knocked off a star because the bed is small for bigger people me and my husband are both over 6 feet and that was a little bit hard for us to sleep like we’re used to. Other than that it was just as described in the listing, and the management communicates very well! Thank you!
