With its large square footage and classic design, this open-concept home will pull you right in. Upon entering the home, you’ll notice the spacious floor plan welcoming you to make yourself right at home. But before sprinting to the pool, make sure to explore the spacious indoor living area with beautiful bedrooms in which to kick back and relax away your travels!

The large kitchen combined with a floating island and commercial-sized refrigerator and freezer combo is fully equipped to create any culinary concoction your heart desires! Our kitchen seamlessly flows into the living room, game room, and outdoor space, keeping the whole group connected during your stay.

Step outside into the outdoor space and jump in the pool or relax away the day in the hot tub. Make sure to fire up the grill and turn the game on the outdoor TV while others work on their short game on the putting green! At the end of the day, enjoy a meal in the furniture under the outdoor pergola and watch the desert sunset. - Quiet hours are **9:00 PM – 8:00 AM**.
- Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
- If management, security, or authorities are called due to noise, unauthorized guests, or neighbor complaints, enforcement-related trip fees of $250+ may apply.

Parking & Vehicles

- Follow the parking instructions provided for the property.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of allowed vehicles without approval.
- Do not block driveways, sidewalks, fire lanes, or restricted areas.
- Parking-related complaints, citations, tows, or service calls may result in trip fees.

Pool & Spa (If Applicable)

- Do not touch, adjust, or modify pool or spa equipment.
- If a pool vacuum is present, do not remove, unplug, or turn it off.
- Service calls or damage caused by misuse will result in fees.
- No glass in or around pool or spa areas.

Smoking

- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- If smoking is detected and ozone treatment is required, additional cleaning fees of $500+ may apply.

Maintenance

- Report maintenance issues as soon as possible.
- Service calls caused by guest misuse may result in fees.

Lost & Found

- Lost items are not guaranteed to be recovered.
- Shipping within the U.S. requires a $50 fee, which includes handling and shipping.
- Payment is required prior to shipment.

Trash

- Follow all trash and recycling instructions.
- Excessive trash or improper disposal may result in additional fees.

Safety

- Some properties use exterior security cameras and/or noise monitoring devices for safety and neighborhood compliance.
- Do not tamper with or disable monitoring devices.

Rule Violations

- Failure to follow house rules may result in additional fees or termination of the stay without refund, as permitted by platform policies and local regulations.
