6 Bedroom/3 Bathroom dog friendly Lake house that sleeps up to 16! Amenities include: Pool (with Inflatables), Hot Tub, Fire Pit (wood included), Kayaks, Canoe, Fishing gear, Corn Hole Game… and so much more!

Our Lake house is tucked into a quiet cove in the esteemed Cages Bend area of Hendersonville. TN. Wake up to the natural beauty of life on Old Hickory Lake each morning and spend your time enjoying all this property has to offer.

Once booked you will receive a welcome email from the property manager, Seth. You will also receive information about things to do and places to go right before your stay. The day of, you will receive check-in/out instructions. At anytime, if there is a questions, you will have a direct communication with Seth via, phone, text or email, whichever is best for you!

Hendersonville is a lovely upper middle class community of about 62,000 residents. It's known for lakefront living, boating, tournament fishing, excellent public education and it's close proximity to Nashville.

There is a free public boat ramp about 1/4 mile from the home for you to launch your watercraft.

We are very interested in renting to Families on Vacation, Groups of mature couples and friends who are respectful and responsible and/or anyone else who will be respectful of our house rules.

This is not a Party House! We do not allow bachelor or bachelorette parties. No loud music, excessive noise or unruly behavior. This is not the rental for those activities.

We wish to cater to mature, respectful and responsible groups of guests. Please inquire and tell us about your yourself, the other people in your group and your purpose for renting our Lake House.

If you wish to bring a pet, please disclose those intentions in a message to us… dog(s) will almost certainly be approved, but we do need to communicate some rules for owners to follow.

A vehicle will be required to get around. Uber or Lyft are popular options if you do not wish to drive.

Swimming pool is covered and closed seasonally from mid October through mid April.

Wonderful home to spend with family

This house was perfect for our group of 12! It has big open spaces for gathering and unique options of the pool and Lakeside to also hang out. We enjoyed all the lake toys as well. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and the house was clean with plenty of towels. Thank you!

Everyone in the family had an awesome time from ages 3-68. Plenty of room. Great gathering areas and also space to have alone time. Our dogs loved it too. Best three generation vacation we’ve ever had!

The house was perfect for our family. We had six adult and four children. The bedrooms were all very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The kids loved playing in the hot tub. We had a bonfire at night and made s’mores. We have already booked another long weekend for 2026. Can’t wait to go back.

Family Fall break getaway

We had the best time at this property! It was perfect for our family with teens and college students. We kayaked and fished and spent time relaxing around the fire pit. We want to come back and enjoyed our stay immensely!

Great property for larger groupd!

Nice neighborhood on a lake! Reasonably close to downtown. Pictures just don't do it justice! Big yard with pool, hot tub and fir pit! Not for wild parties but perfect for respectful gatherings for family and friends!

Amazing Stay in a Perfect Location

We had a wonderful friends trip! So much to do at this property from swimming and hottub to canoeing or relaxing by the bonfire. The house is very well equipped with everything we could have asked for and more. Extremely comfortable beds too! The property manager was extremely helpful in every way possible. Thank you so much!!

Our family all stayed here for a wedding in Gallatin. Great location to both Gallatin and Nashville. Nice to have the space for a larger group.

Anniversary Celebration

Everything was very nice. We enjoyed the pool, the dock, the area. Just one thing to check in the en-suite bathroom. It could be black mold on the tiles. Other than that, things were very nice.

Hendersonville House getaway

We had a great stay in Hendersonville. The house was on the lake with nice, private grounds. The downstairs game room had a great pool and foosball table which we enjoyed. There were multiple decks, a nice grill, hot tub and pool. The kitchen was well stocked and open. Seth was great to work with and easy to communicate with. We very much enjoyed ourselves.

Family vacation

A quiet retreat full of activities

This was a lovely home with large eating space and plenty of rooms to gather or find quiet space. A large yard with great fire pit, pool and hot tub. It is a perfect spot for a large (16) member family but also is quaint for a smaller group, too. Communication with owner was excellent!

Wonderful location

The owners were very communicative up until our stay. It had all the amenities that were listed plus more. The house was in great condition, pool was ready for use and the weather was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Stay!

What a fantastic trip to Hendersonville! The property was spectacular. The family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and canoe. The view of the lake was particularly stunning. The home was well maintained and nicely equipped. The foosball, board games, and pool table were such nice additions for indoor activities. I would highly recommend booking!

Great property, beautiful and clean. More than enough space to accommodate our whole extended family. Our Mom and Dad, my 3 Brothers and their wives and children, and my family of 4! We watched deer and turkey pass by every morning while we enjoyed our coffee. The whole family enjoyed lazy pool days and all of our children, ages 6-3 caught fish for their very first time. It was close to Nashville so we went to dinner a couple of nights and caught a ball game. Had just a couple of questions for the property manager and he answered right away and helped quickly each time. Overall great stay! Thanks for the memories!

Family reunion

Everything was perfect. Plenty for everyone to do at the house or surrounding area. We visited Nashville several times, went on the lost river cave tour, went to a local fort tour. We ate out and in. Easy access to grocery and restaurants. We took the canoe and kayaks on the lake.

Family Celebration of a College Graduation

WOW! What a spectacular property. The house was just perfect for our family. The views of the backyard was something we could not get enough of. The beds were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Both kids and adults enjoyed the kayak rides and jacuzzi. We didn't want to leave and when we go back this will definitely be a property we want to stay in again. Todd was wonderful and the entire process went smoothly. I could go on and on about this place. I guarantee if you stay at the home you will not be disappointed.
