Property has dedicated parking spot. The bedroom has blackout shade in window. A white noise/sound machine with 10 different settings is provided in bedroom.

Guest will have access to all rooms in the unit.

We live an OKC and will be available during your stay.

Located on NW 16th Street between Classen and Penn Ave, the Plaza District is home to galleries, studios, retail shops, restaurants, performance venues and creative services. Choose from a variety of gourmet dining and drinking establishments and visit our retail shops featuring artist-made, vintage and retro clothing and home furnishings. Experience Oklahoma’s premier professional theatre company, Lyric Theatre, in the district’s historic Plaza Theatre, or enroll in classes at our dance, theatre or painting studios. The district is also home to many neighborhood and creative services. Hairstylists, tattoo artists, graphic designers and more are just a step away! Each second Friday of the month from 6pm to 10pm, enjoy LIVE on the Plaza, a monthly block party featuring live music, featured artists, special events and local shopping.

Plaza District is just steps away. Uptown, midtown, and Chesapeake Arena are all within a 10 minute Uber.

We love to host your fur babies as well, but we do require them to be counted as guests when booking! We reserve the right to charge additional fees based on the amount of unreported guests/pets.
Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am

Any guest who chooses to break the no smoking (weed is absolutely included) rule inside our space will be fined $250.

In order to keep our cleaning fees down, following the check out instructions will ensure the cleaning crew doesn`t charge for extra services.

Please double check your guest count. We`ve found the most fair way to account for the costs of extra cleaning charges and supplies is to apply the charges to the guest count.
