Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. Any breaking of this rule will be charged at 150 AED.

For same day bookings we may need at least three hours to ready the apartment which can be equal to or later than the mentioned check in time.

We kindly inform our guests that there is a late checkout penalty of 150 AED per hour (unless approved from host). This fee is intended to cover the costs of rescheduling cleaning. However, we understand that circumstances may vary, and the waiving of this fee is at the discretion of the host. Thank you for your cooperation.
