This pet-friendly three-bedroom condo is located right off the 192, with easy access to a great selection of restaurants, golf courses, shopping spots and entertainment.



Featuring three bedrooms, this condo can host up to 8 guests at a time. The primary bedroom features a large King bed, private patio entrance, and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a soaker tub and large standing shower as well, plus a double vanity. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and also a private patio entrance. The third has two double-beds, so this is a great family suite. All the bedrooms have smart TVs with high speed internet access.



There is a fully equipped kitchen, loaded with high end stainless steel appliances. You'll love the deep double sink, full sized fridge/freezer combo, and large capacity dishwasher. There's lots of room for cooking on the granite countertops, and plenty of cupboard space to keep your snacks handy! There's even elevated kitchen bar seating for anyone who cares to watch while you're cooking up a masterpiece! The suite also features a family dining table.



The suite is air conditioned, has in suite laundry machines, and there's a large screened-in patio. There's even free onsite parking and complimentary access to the building amenities! Building amenities include a outdoor community pool, sauna, games room, fitness center, and meeting rooms.

•There is free parking available in the lot underneath the building, please note this cannot be reserved and is on a first come, first serve basis - with a height restriction of 7.5Ft. Open spaces surrounding the main building are available for taller vehicles.

• As you enter through the main entrance to the lobby, you'll notice hallways with wide clearance and two elevators.

• A pet fee of $99 will be included at the time of booking if the pet is declared. If a pet is not declared during booking, the fee will be charged separately after the reservation is made and the pet is disclosed.
