GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have full access to the entire house, with the exception of the garage. Parking: Plenty of free parking in either the driveway or across the street. Please do not park or take up space in any of the neighbor's area.

The day before your arrival we will message you with check-in details. We are happy to offer you Contact-less, Keyless check-in. Code is changed after check-out.

**OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE**

ABSOLUTELY NO: SMOKING, PETS, PARTIES, DRUGS, OR UNAUTHORIZED FIRES (even candles). You may be asked to leave and charged a $300 fee (plus damages) if you break any of these rules:

NOTE: This is not the house for you if you are planning to have a party! We have neighbors that are full-time residents here and the quiet hours from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am are enforced.

NO SMOKING INSIDE: Please refrain from smoking or vaping in the house. A $300 cleaning fee will apply for any violations. Please use the designated smoking area in the back patio and use the ashtray provided to extinguish butts.

All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed).

This house sleeps 8 people MAX.

If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $100 charge per. Our cleaners need enough time to clean for the next guests and we appreciate your understanding. Please note that there is no daily housekeeping service.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. We always recommend travel insurance for this reason.

Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged a fee and you will be asked to leave without a refund.

This house has outdoor cameras for security purposes only. NO cameras inside the property. These cameras are in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately!

Please adhere to all agreements in the Rental Agreement.

Any violation of these rules could result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
