Thank you for your feedback. While we’re glad you found the property clean and conveniently located, we do want to address several inaccuracies in your review for the sake of future guests. Leading up to your arrival, we made multiple attempts to confirm the number of guests in your party — a standard question we ask so we can properly prepare the home. Unfortunately, we never received a clear answer. Had we been given that information, we would have been happy to accommodate your group accordingly, including coordinating parking and access logistics, such as the garage. Regarding the TVs, all four were brand new, fully functional, and connected to Wi-Fi upon your arrival. As is standard practice, guests are welcome to log into their preferred streaming services. YouTube TV was available on one device, but since you did not communicate a preference for additional services or assistance with local channels, we were unaware this was even an issue. A simple message could have solved that immediately. As for essentials, your group was provided with over 25 towels and 50 washcloths — plus an additional 30 towels and rags stored in the laundry room closet. There was also a generous supply of toilet paper and shampoo stocked in each bathroom. We go out of our way to provide extras — including welcome gift bags — despite never knowing exactly how many guests we were preparing for. With regard to garage access, it’s important to share that our property was affected by Hurricane Helena prior to your visit. The garage was used to safely store personal belongings and repair materials. Had you communicated your group size, we could have discussed the garage situation and offered better parking solutions — rather than having you make assumptions. We constantly asking you is there anything that you need. We take great pride in our home and in being responsive, respectful hosts. While we understand expectations are high during Masters week, we also expect honesty and clear communication from our guests. That’s the best way to ensure a great experience on both sides.
