Unique contemporary cottage near the beach in the quaint town of Charlestown

Kick back at the beach and watch the sunset. Go out to one of the many great restaurants nearby, or simply sit in the quiet backyard and gather around the firepit and have some memorable times with friends and family. If the night is chilly you can relax in front of the propane fireplace, curled up on the couch. The house includes a well appointed kitchen, as well as most everything you would need at your home away from home. If visiting the Charlestown Beach (just a mile down the road), you'll be given a free pass to a private parking area. Charlestown is a lovely, quiet beach community but everything you might need -- from shopping to restaurants -- is very close by. If you're looking to venture to other areas, you're just 20 minutes to University of Rhode Island or the Block Island Ferry; 15 minutes to Narragansett or Misquamicut beaches; or 35 minutes to Newport. Come and enjoy all that Rhode Island has to offer!

(Please note: From June 15th through the week of Labor Day in early September we only do 7 day weekly rentals -- from Saturday to Saturday. The rest of the year the house is available for shorter durations with a minimum of 2 nights. The system requires we put in minimum night stay, but it is a little more nuanced than that. We hope this is clear for all of you that are interested.)
