With enough beds to sleep up to 16 people, this house still provides ample room for everyone to have their own space! The first two bedrooms have one queen bed in each. The third bedroom has two full beds, while the fourth bedroom has 2 full-over-full beds (4 full beds total).

There are two full bathrooms in this home, both of which have been recently remodeled. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with two sinks, a toilet, and a walk-in shower. Right down the hall, the second bathroom also has two sinks, a toilet, and a walk-in shower only.

The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

The dining room is right next to the kitchen, with enough seating to comfortably fit 8 people (+ additional countertop seating in the kitchen & outside)

We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $75 per pet, per night, max of 4 pets.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.

PLEASE NOTE: For everyone’s safety, a protective fence is installed around the pool. Guests are not allowed to move or remove it under any circumstances.

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
