The villa features a king bedroom with a TV and privacy shutters that can be closed off from the living area or left open to enjoy the views from bed. The spacious living area includes a flat-screen TV, a sleeper sofa, and plenty of comfortable seating surrounded by beautiful water views. The attached renovated bathroom includes a large shower and can be accessed through both the bedroom and the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has been updated with new appliances, cabinetry, and granite countertops, while the indoor dining area seats 4 and offers additional seating at the kitchen bar.

Very nice rooms. Gorgeous views. Convenient to the car ferry to St. John in redhook.

We had a wonderful time. The entire staff was super friendly and made us feel so welcome. We will definitely come back.

Everything was accurate according to the listing. We didnt have an exterior door to lock the entire time though, they did offer to move us but we didnt want to pack everything up and go to a different spot, so we just winged it although it burned one of the first days we were there waiting on someone to look at it. For about 5 hrs.All the staff were very kind. Internet went out on day 2 of our stay and it wasnt until the night before we left we were told to log into another unit, which worked.

Awesome unit!!

My wife and I have been to St Thomas several times over the years. The past 2 times we stayed at Point Pleasant. However, this unit, was far superior and we're definitely going to stay here again!! The view is SPECTACULAR!! It's a comfortable place and well appointed. The breeze was great...we didn't even need to run the A/C (only one night when the wind died down). The owner was very helpful and the rates are great. We also loved his recommendation for sailing on the Morningstar, which is just anchored right out front of our unit. It was the best day of our vacation. Captain Mike and his first mate that day, Bridget, were so much fun. Also...you can look down on the pool for the resort. Great sunrises, then off to the pool. Can't wait to go back and stay at this unit again!

All around great

View was fantastic and walking distance to coki, margaritaville, etc. Very windy so close to the water, was amazed at how strong it was. A little noisy being so close to the bar, but toned down when you closed the sliders, which I must say are in need of some maintenance as the salt has made them very difficult to move. Internet was an issue and maintenance was quick to stop by, but still lost connection intermittently ater router replaced. Tv lagged as well, might want to get the local internet provider to check everything out as we used had to constantly use the WiFi from next door. Other than that, our stay was great. Snorkeling was decent, although not as calm as other places. Liked the pools and nature trail but for some reason the fitness center was never reopened

“Honeymoon”

Pleasant Point lives up to it's name. Since I went for a honeymoon I was picked up from the airport by a gentleman Named Luis. This young man to me is the face of Pleasant point due to his professionalism, hospitality and outstanding personality. The rooms are individually owed so each is different in decoration and style but nevertheless we were greeted by a bottle of champagne and beautiful flowers. There is a restaurant which is amazing as far as taste and freshness. The view of the ocean Bay is breath taking and memorizing. If I'm not mistaken there are three pools but I enjoyed the one closest to the restaurant. There is a beautiful nature trail and a small (pineapple) beach for an intimate space. Sugar beach is a stroll away and is beautiful. I can go on and on but I just loved this place. Try to say at least 5 days. That will give you enough time to go to st. Thomas and oh yeah the resort will shuttle you there and to coki beach which is a more upbeat local vibe but no worries. Can't forget free drinks in the lobby and coffee.

The view!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit and thought that not only was the East End probably the best suited for us, but that Point Pleasant was just about the best location for us as well. The property rents about 1/3 or so units from the management company (so I was told) and the rest are rented directly through owners such as this one. The owner, Jeff, was very easy to rent with and even gave us suggestions of activities to do including booking a day sail with Morningstar, which was probably the most fun we had during our trip. I loved walking over to Coki Beach where the Coki Beach Dive Center is as well since it is a short walk. There are 3 pools on the property and although the lower pool by the restaurant was closest, we chose the hilltop pool since it was the quietest and the water was a tad warmer. The property is on the side of a cliff or hill and therefore does not sit right on a beach, however it is just a short walk (3 or 4 minutes) over to Sugar Beach where we enjoyed many gorgeous days reading on the beach and swimming and snorkeling in the water. The benefit of being on the side of the hill though is the amazing view you get and this unit has the wrap around porch so you get even more picturesque views. We had troubles getting ourselves motivated to ever leave the patio each day. The unit was clean and well maintained and the renovated kitchen is probably the highlight besides the patio.

Perfect location and C6 had the best view

Stunning view and great location! Walking distance to Coki Beach and Margaritaville resort so we would interchange our evening dinners. There is a lot of walking so come prepared. I’m glad we made this trip with my teenage daughter, can’t imagine having a toddler or baby, we would have been limited to some of the activities. Gave it 3 stars as it is a dated resort, the villa itself was not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival, there was a lot of sand in the bathroom. We also had issues one night where the LED ceiling fan lights would not turn off as they are battery remote operated only (no wall switch). imagine having the ceiling fan light at the highest setting, LED beaming over you all night without a way to turn it off. We called the security office as it was late at night and they did not have access to the lobby area, they need to make sure they make security better equipped for situations like that. And it wasn't like you could go to a local hardware store, everything closes early. We eventually managed to improvise (2 hours later) by covering the lamps with dark clothing and secure with hair ties but it still was bright. It was annoying considering we had been up all day and tired and just wanted to get some good rest. The other issue is the AC. We planned to have our daughter sleep in the living area and my husband and I in the bedroom however, it was so hot in the living room, the air does not circulate well and she eventually had to sleep with us.

Amazing views from Condo.

Condo was very nice and very clean. Staff was so nice and accommodating. Amazing views, fully stocked kitchen with dishware, pots, pans utensils. Able to exchange towels everyday. Kid friendly. Property was quiet. Would definitely stay again in this Condo.
