Tennis and basketball courts, and a playground can be found just 1.5 miles away at the charming Riverside Park which is surrounded by gems such as The Pizza Spot and Riverside Market.
From the balcony you have views of the towering buildings of downtown and West Las Olas Boulevard is less than one mile from your front door. Just a mile away is Cooley's landing where you can park and stroll Riverwalk along the water and onto Las Olas Boulevard to enjoy the shops, dining, galleries, and weekend street fairs and music festivals.
