Kai Blue is located in Holmes Beach, just steps from the beautiful AMI beaches. This 4 bedroom/2.5 bathroom with an elevator also has a private backyard with a pool. Kai Blue gives you the dreamy coastal vibe and it's close to restaurants, Island stores and right next to the free trolley stop.

Pull into the private driveway which can accommodate 4 cars and you'll feel at home. This property also includes an EV Charger. Kai Blue has a spacious living area on the 2nd floor with comfy seating for all your guests. The huge kitchen, overlooking the living room and the dining room, has quartz countertops and a large kitchen island. There is 1 bedroom on the main level that has a twin day bed/trundle. The half bathroom is on this level as well. Head upstairs via the stairs or the elevator and you'll find 3 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The spacious primary bedroom has its own ensuite with double vanities and a step-in shower. Bedroom 3 and 4 share the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. All three bedrooms on the 3rd floor have king-size beds for plenty of comfort and relaxation.

Outside you will find a secluded backyard with a pool and plenty of seating. After a day at the beach, come back, rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax poolside. There's a gas grill for you to grill for your entire party. Enjoy Kai Blue. - it will be your coastal escape here on AMI!
