★ Absolutely no parties or events or unauthorized guests allowed.
★ No smoking anywhere inside the house please. ($200/night penalty)
★ Check-in starts at 3PM. Check-out is at 11 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional fees ($30 per hour).
★ Extra guest fee of $20 per person per night after 6 guests.

★We are not a hotel or bed-and-breakfast. Our homes were residential spaces before we put them up in Airbnb. Please manage your expectations.
