Light, bright, cozy newly renovated 750sqft guesthouse with ocean views of entire Santa Monica Bay from Palos Verdes to Point Dume. Experience world-class beaches and surfing, miles of hiking, endless activities, exquisite cuisine all within minutes. Slow down, relax with anonymity and live like a Malibu local, all within a 10 minute commute to Santa Monica Pier. Small break out front or paddling distance to Topanga Break. 3 min walk to Reel Inn, Rosenthal Winebar, Quicksilver Flagship and Wylies’s Bait Shop. At low tide, walk the beach to Mastro’s Ocean Club.

Guests can expect:

* Separate bedroom w/ King sized bed & en suite bathroom
* Smart TVs in bedroom and living room
* Full kitchen w/ Nespresso + milk frother, microwave, fridge, range/oven, dishwasher, service for 6
* Private entrance and private terrace with dining, loungers, sofa ocean views and BBQ
* Shampoo/conditioner/body wash and hairdryer
* Beach towels
* Dish soap, initial supply of paper towels
* We usually have basic kitchen staples such as oil, sugar, vinegar, spices, ziploc bags, saran wrap, etc.
* Sand toys and beach umbrella
* Iron and ironing board
* Board games and playing cards
* Note that a washer/dryer will be made available for stays over 4 days. Otherwise, if you need extra towels or linens during your stay, please reach out to us and we can provide you will additional linens.

Both the bedroom with king bed and Living Room/Kitchen open onto large private terrace with lounging bed, seating area and dining. Small office or breakfast room with large ocean view window. A hallway off the living room leads to the bathroom (entrance in hallway) and bedroom. The shared deck below has board/kayak storage , double loungers and seating, table tennis and a staircase down to the public beach. Detached from the main house with its own separate entrance and on-site parking. Additional street parking available on PCH.

Located just past the “Welcome to Malibu” sign (before Las Tunas), 5 miles from Santa Monica/10 freeway $8 uber ride (highest peak $14) to downtown Santa Monica. Within Postdates and Ubereats zone for delivery. Quiet neighbors, peaceful spot.
