No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere indoors on the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vapes, e-cigarettes, marijuana, and any other smoking or vaping devices. Violators will be charged a deep-cleaning fee of $500 and may be subject to removal from the property without refund. Only cigarettes and vapes are allowed outdoors. Please shut all windows and doors if you choose to smoke outdoors. Thank you.

*PARKING: If rental of the stadium house occurs on a Razorback football game weekend, the rental includes 3 parking spots at the house as well as the main upstairs deck and the basement deck. Please be advised that the yard space and many of the other decks are booked on Game Day. It's an amazing atmosphere, but you need to be aware up front.
