Cozy and comfy condo, walking distance to the beach.

*2nd floor + elevator.

*can accommodate up to 6 guests (recommended for 4 adults and 2 kids). *Located close to ocean blvd. and all main attractions.

*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. only 2 pets up to 50lbs are allowed.

The Space:

*2nd floor, cozy & comfy place,

* 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom

*kitchen fully equipped with all basics

*AC, flat screen TVs in bedroom and living room.

*2 double beds and 1 pullout sofa.

* Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*Pool is currently open.

*No mailbox for this location.

*1 parking spot available. Please notify the host in advance if arriving with more than 1 vehicle.

* Motorcycles and trailers are not allowed



The Neighborhood:

Close to the beach and Ocean blvd. Only few minutes away from all main attractions, many attractions are in walking distance, restaurants, mini golf and beachwear stores.



Getting Around:

Car, Taxi, Uber



Other Things to Note:

*Please review my house rules.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*No mailbox for this location.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.

Please communicate through the site or app only. I recommend that you download the Airbnb app for easier communication. You can call or text to the private number only in case of urgency.
