Kick your feet up at this beautiful new home just 9 houses down from Tulsa University! Upstairs, you'll find a plush, king-size bed in the huge primary bedroom with ensuite bath. Down the hall there's another large room with Queen bed and sitting area . Beside that, another room with a full bed and twin bed. Nestled between them is a full bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has a desk/work area as well as a new Queen bed and attached full bath. Amazing backyard with fire pit, grill, lights.

We are always available if you need help with anything! We are easily reached through the app or by text.

Neighborhood is nice, quiet and has sidewalks. Mostly older homes. Lots of people out walking, biking and walking their dogs. Walk to Tulsa University 1 block away. Great location near restaurants and shopping.

You have access to the whole house minus one closet under the staircase where we keep our cleaning supplies. You can access the front door with the 4-digit code we sent to you. You are welcome to park in the garage if you'd like.

Large, open home perfect for large families or even 2 families to share. 3 full bathrooms and 5 beds plus a couch bed means there is room for everyone! If you have more than 8 people, please contact the host.
One bedroom (queen bed) is located downstairs with attached bathroom. Also has a desk/work space.
Upstairs is the primary bedroom with attached bathroom, another Queen bedroom and a double room with a full-bed and a twin bed and another hall bathroom.

Home is pet friendly with a fenced yard and doggie door as well.
GIANT 3-car + garage with room for 2 vehicles to park. No garage door remote. Ping Pong Table in garage.

Please note: A starter amount of supplies will be left for you. A couple of trash bags, one extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 extra roll of paper towels, several K-cups of coffee and some ground coffee, a small bowl of creamers and sweeteners, etc. If you are staying for more than a day or two, you will likely need to purchase more of these supplies for yourself. There is a grocery store located very conveniently close to the property and we will be happy to help you with directions if needed.
