NEWLY RENOVATED CORNER UNIT at this perfect island getaway! Your stay at Aruba Bay Resort will include access to the Kokomo Yacht Club amenities onsite: two heated pools, pool slide, pickleball court, basketball hoop, game room, fitness center and access to a 2 story outdoor deck with waterfront views.

Enjoy early check ins and late check outs! Daily rate is for a full 24 hours!

The condo is on the FIRST FLOOR with a heated pool outside the front door. The bedroom has a king size bed and there is a twin bed located in the hallway outside of the bedroom for a 3rd guest. This new resort is a quick ½ mile distance to the beach with golf cart rentals available nearby.

New furnishings include a leather reclining sofa to relax after a day at the beach, king size plush mattress and new twin bed to accommodate 3 guests. You will appreciate the spacious bathroom with a walk-in oversized shower.

Absolutely would book this stay again, Rosie is an exceptional host and really puts forth a lot of effort to make your stay enjoyable! The condo was very clean, smelled amazing, and had anything we could have needed for the weekend!

Perfect Beach Stay

Great location. Walking distance from Whitecap Beach. Clean and comfortable accommodations. Great communication with property manager Rosie. Couldn’t ask for any better. Hoping to make this our annual beach stay.

This property was exceptional, and Rosie is a great host! This condo was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay and more. The owner has paid attention to every detail, very organized with plenty of towels, paper goods, soap etc. She even left us a sweet gift for our anniversary. The property associated with the condo is also a huge plus with 2 pools and nice club house. The location is close to everything with short drive to the beach. You must try Doc's seafood, it's great!

Great Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. The host is great at communicating and we loved the notes she left in the condo. We enjoyed the beach each day, which is just a quick drive. We love taking family trips to the beach, so we will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway

The location of this property is perfect. There is a vacion in itself with the ammeneties availible at the condos. You're a short drive from the national seashore, bob hall pier, and countless waterfront dining spots. We spent the entire day at the beach and just coming back to this beautiful spot for a warm shower and food was the best experience. 10/10 would recommend!

Wonderful stay at a comfy beach condo!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this quiet and comfortable condo! The owner of this condo was super friendly to us and made our stay feel incredibly special. The condo is totally renovated and both beds were super comfortable. And it is extremely closed to White Cap beach either by driving or walking. Every little detail of this condo was fantastic and our family very much enjoyed our stay here. We will definitely be coming back again sometime soon to stay at this condo again!

So clean and convenient

This lil place is perfect for a couple getaway or small family. The property is so close to beach, fishing on ptoperty, clean pools, grills and picnic areas. The condo is clean and has everything you need. The property owner is quick to respond. Check in and out was a breeze. We will be back for sure. Thank you

The check in process was super easy and convenient! Communication was also very quick and the resort itself had many amazing amenities such as a pool, pickleball and game room, and more that were all fun to use! The walk to the beach was also not very long at all!! The place itself was remarkable and had many of the toiletries we forgot like shampoo, body lotion, etc. and overall was very well prepped with towels, working kitchen, and washing/drying machine.

Memorable stay

We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed our stay. All rooms were squeaky clean including bathroom. The owner of the condo was very generous for providing complementary cold drinks and water in the refrigerator with a bottle of Gatorade. Kitchen supplies were enough including zip lock bags, pots n pans, dinner plates, etc. In short, it was full of essential items that is required for pleasant stay. Moreover, whitecap beach is just 2 mins drive from this condo. You can also prefer to walk if weather is nice. I bet you will enjoy heated pool as we did during our stay. It was the most relaxing evening activity to swim in that pool after spending whole day in the city. We would definitely recommend this condominium to anyone who is expecting relaxing and cozy stay in Corpus Christi. If time permits in the future, we would love to visit this place again. Thank you.

I manage my condo so that I can offer a personalized service and have full control on how it is made ready for guests. I go above and beyond with a very extensive cleaning list to ensure the condo is deep cleaned before guests check in so that I can guarantee the condo meets the highest standards. My goal is to ensure that my guests will have a wonderful memorable experience.

I do not rent my condo back to back so I can offer early check ins and late checkouts. I also have strict guidelines with no short cuts on how it is cleaned and made ready for guests so this takes hours after guests check out.
