- Guest suite functions as it’s own private residence, including separate keypad entry.
- Fully equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances, includes a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and cooking & dining essentials.
- Queen-sized Murphy bed that can be closed if more space is needed, but allows for plenty of space when out. Host makes up the bed and presents it laid out for all guest arrivals. There is plenty of space to move around with the bed down.
- Full bathroom tub/shower combo
- Dedicated work space with private high-speed internet connection.
- Seating area with 43” smart TV includes free movie channels (Tubi, Roku, PBS, etc) and the ability to log into your personal accounts
- Deck with gas grill and table and chairs with an umbrella for shade.

EXTERIOR
- Private deck overlooking the backyard where you can watch squirrels and birds playing in the trees, or just relax with a cup of coffee or beverage of choice.
- Access to the back and side yards that feature outdoor seating.

GUEST ACCESS
- Dedicated parking space(s) on the side of the house.
- Keypad lock, so you may come and go as needed.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This is a NO SMOKING apartment.
Smoking outside on the deck or in the yard is okay.

Upon booking, guests are provided with a keypad code for private entry.
Other things to note
With the Murphy bed down, there is plenty of space to walk around and the host will have the bed lowered and made up upon guest arrival.
When opening and closing the Murphy bed, please be careful. It will lower slowly, but once it's halfway down or up, it can drop more quickly.
The host is a senior citizen and can easily lift and lower the bed, but just wants guests to be sure to open and close it carefully in a situation where extra space is needed.
