Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in the heart of Santa Ana! Perfectly situated just 10 minutes away from the magic of Disneyland, our cozy retreat offers the ideal blend of comfort and convenience for your unforgettable Southern California stay.

THE SPACE
Step into our well-appointed home and discover a welcoming atmosphere that combines modern amenities with a touch of California charm. The living area is perfect for relaxation and features a comfortable sofa, a wide variety of board games, a foosball table for some competitive play and a Smart Roku TV to stream all your favorite shows. (Please note: the fireplace is decorative and not available for fires)

Bedrooms:
Our three comfortable bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to provide a peaceful night's sleep. Each room is tastefully decorated, offering a restful retreat during your stay. With a mix of queen and twin-sized beds, there's ample space for families or groups of friends. We also have a pack-n-play crib available for families visiting with infants.

Bathrooms:
Enjoy the convenience of two sparkling clean bathrooms, ensuring that everyone can freshen up in the morning or unwind after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. Each bathroom has body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and everything you need to whip up delicious meals. Whether you're brewing your morning coffee, air-frying some light snacks or preparing a family dinner, our kitchen has you covered. Filtered water is also available in the kitchen for your enjoyment.

Laundry:
For your convenience, we have an in-house washer and dryer available for use during your stay.

Outdoor Space:
Relax in the California sunshine in our private backyard. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxed dining, barbecues, outdoor games or simply enjoying a quiet moment in the fresh air.

Location:
Nestled in the vibrant city of Santa Ana, our home is a short 10-minute drive or Uber to Disneyland and California Adventure theme parks. Immerse yourself in the magic of the parks and easily return to the tranquility of our neighborhood at the end of the day.

GUEST ACCESS:
We'll provide you with a custom door code for your stay and other check-in details in a separate message a few days before your arrival. Parking is available for up to 2 cars in the driveway and street parking (no street parking on Tuesdays from 11am-3pm). Our garage is not available for guests to use.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE:
You will be provided with a personalized entry code during your stay.
★ Check-in: beginning at 4:00pm PST.
★ Check-out: no later than 10:00am PST.
We cannot accommodate early arrivals or late departures in order to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure our house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after every stay.

Please note: We have two exterior security cameras: (1) doorbell pointing towards the street (2) side wall overlooking the driveway. Both records video for security purposes. There are no recording devices in any private spaces inside the house or in the back yard.
