4FE Chelsea Studio Exclusively Yours

Gorgeous studio in central Chelsea located on the Flower Street. The studio is located in the center of it all near night life, Gallerias, Restaurants, Shopping, Cafes and Transportation. Broadway, Chelsea, 5th Avenue, Museum Mile, Times Square.

We invite you to a clean, neat and well-designed studio with a private, full bath and a fully equipped kitchen.

The studio can sleep up to two (2) guests.
It has a Queen size bed and a sofa (which cannot be used as a sofa bed)

We provide the comforts of home with linen/duvet/blankets/pillows for the queen bed and one towel per person upon arrival. (We do not provide substitution or new bedding during your stay)

The unit is fully furnished. You would have the apartment exclusively to yourself. WiFi and utilities are included in the cost of the rental. There is one flat screen television for your viewing pleasure.

Arrivals are between 2-5PM. There is a late arrival fee of $75 for arrivals between 5-7PM. There are no arrivals after 7pm
Departure is prior to 10AM.

This is a walk up building with no doorman or elevator.

We do not have luggage service, mail or package service.

Guests may not receive any mail or packages at the building. We can suggest a UPS store to you.

There may be construction and street noise in the area on West 28th St which we cannot control or be responsible for.

Nice little place to stay over the summer in a great location.

The property worked well for a summer internship. Pretty small, but did the trick. Rafael was fantastic helping with anything we needed. Only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is that it was not super clean when I got there and there is no elevator (which was noted on the description).

Thank you for your note. Our listing shows that typical in Chelsea in smaller buildings which are historic, there are no elevators. This is the Flower District and has a quaint experience due to all the walkups in the area. This is like old New York but made modern and chic.We truly appreciate the feedback as we want to make all our guests happy and comfortable.

A good place to stay for a short period

I think this studio has a lot of pros and cons - laying them below: Pros - great location: very close to multiple subways, walking distance from groceries and shops, tons of restaurants. Studio is pretty functional - small but has everything you need, including AC, cooking tools, etc. Cons - The overall building looks pretty dirty (which isn't atypical of NYC, but something to note for people who are not use to that) . The studio was pretty dirty when I moved in, but the manager was very responsive and sent someone to clean it right away. The worse con is probably the street noise. Though that is pretty common in NYC this is definitely on the noisier side. Between the construction just outside the window that starts at 7 AM, all the deliveries and trucks at all hours of the night, constant honking, and the people noises, it's definitely not for the light sleepers.

Thank you for your notes. The entire building and apartment were renovated and upgraded in the past year or so. I reviewed this guest's correspondence and there was no conversation about any condition that was not perfect. Her issue was that we could not allow her to depart later than the departure time of 11am and we were expecting a new guest to arrive in a few hours and needed the time to properly prepare for the next guest. During her stay, she which was for a significant time, she made no mention of any building or street noise. I am not sure if she is used to new construction but this is historic Chelsea. As to street noise, there is temporary construction across the street, but as this is NYC and Chelsea, I am not sure what the expectation of sound was particularly people noises. Each person comes to NYC with a different experience of sound and what makes Chelsea so popular is the activity. I believe the comments arose from our inability to offer any later departure time as we were expecting a new guest to arrive and we want the new guest to arrive to a perfectly clean and prepared apartment.

Great location. Clean studio. Responsive management

Our 31 day stay definitely met our needs. Studio was clean. WiFi was good. AC worked well. Hot water was plentiful. All needs for basic cooking supplied. If City noise is bothersome, bring earplugs.

Beautiful studio on a colorful street!

I stayed here for 8 weeks while on a job assignment in the city and absolutely loved it! The apartment had everything I needed and the location was exactly what I was looking for. The noise took a few days to get used to only because there are a lot of businesses opening and closing on the street and I was used to a quieter Upper West Side. The colorful street of flowers that I got to walk through every day was certainly worth it though. Beautiful way to start the day every day! No problems at all with owners either. They were very pleasant to talk to when I ran into them on the main level and quickly responded to any message I sent them with questions. Would absolutely book this place again!!

Great location

I stayed here while I was on a rotation in the city for medical school. It was a great central location, in a safe area. The apartment was great and had everything I needed for my time there. Everyone was very responsive and helpful if any issues arose. I would definitely recommend it!

nice place in a wonderful position!

We stayed there for more than 2 months, and we really enjoyed it. It is a studio apartment but it is very spacious, and fully furnished, to live there is very nice. Everything was OK, we had no problems of any kind. Sometimes (a couple of times a month) it is needed to provide access to the apartment for meter readings or for periodical extermination. The property manager always notifies about that (even if the notice is quite short, usually one day in advance), but you are not required to be available, the staff may provide access to the apartment in these cases. The staff is always very kind and helpful. The position is fantastic! In the very center of Manhattan, close to the most important subway lines, and 15 minutes walking from Times Square! We would definitely stay there again for future visits to New York!

It is not often you have such gracious guests. We can only say that whoever rents to them the next time, and we hope that they will return to visit us in NYC, will be very lucky to have such lovely guests. Clean and happy. They look for the good and not the bad, which is refreshing. We would welcome them any time that they would like to visit us.
