This small-town gem is conveniently located within two blocks of the city park, the community swimming pool, St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, Main Street North Bend, and the North Bend City Auditorium. A short drive will take you to North Bend's public golf course, North Bend Central High School and North Bend Elementary School, St. Peters Lutheran Church, and the North Bend Presbyterian Church.

During your visit to North Bend, you can stroll along the paved path through the Franklin-Cotterell Arboretum, eat and play at the local bowling alley, and visit the public library. The North Bend Veterans Memorial Park is a two-block walk from the property.

The Platte River flows the area immediately to the south of North Bend. Many enjoy rides up and down the river on airboats. You can pass the time away challenging your catfishing skills along the banks of the Platte River.
North Bend is located approximately 20 minutes from the Fremont State Lakes. The nearby city of Fremont has many unique shops and the Louis E. May Museum.
