Welcome to our Bungalow in Kendall Whittier Square! It is an upcoming hot spot in Tulsa with an active community that neighbors & locals enjoy. The area is in a transitional period and you may notice foot traffic in the area. Nearby is an outdoor patio bar, 473 which hosts weekend events including live music(11pm), local restaurants, cafes and breweries! Every Sat/Wed you can explore Tulsa’s Farmers Market a block away!

Guests may expect a secure, keyless entry for easy access and check in. Open the front door into the spacious and open living/dining/kitchen area where you will want to relax and watch a movie after cooking dinner in the fully stocked kitchen (includes full pot/pan set, crock pot, blender and KEURIG). The master bedroom features a cozy king size bed and the second bedroom features two twin beds (these are a guest favorite!). There is one full bathroom, which includes shampoo/conditioner/body wash and plush towels! Large fully fenced backyard for pets.

Music may be heard from the nearby bar. Tulsa Noise Ordinance is 11pm so music should stop by then.

Pack and play can be found in master closet and an air mattress can be provided upon request.

Guest have access to whole house.

Our home has a long driveway allowing parking for 2 cars.

It is one of seven Oklahoma certified cultural districts and foodies flock to Kendall Whittier for Mother Road Market and its diverse range of restaurant choices. Within one square block two breweries(soon to be a third) are nestled in along with a cidery and a distillery. Also, close by is an old Phillips 66 gas station converted into a patio bar, 473. They often have live music and are a great place to relax, try some local drinks and enjoy the evening. On Wednesday’s and Saturday’s you’ll find Tulsa’s farmers market just one block over from 7a-11a.

Walkability is good to a nearby bakery, restaurants, and coffee shop.

Highway access is just a short half mile away. Take 3rd street for a quick 5min drive into the heart of downtown.

We are located in the eclectic and vibrant Kendall Whittier Square. You will find a mix of fully remodel properties as well as homes that are due for some updates. Nearby bars and restaurants host events, including live music, often.

Being close to downtown and nearby businesses and farmer's market can lead to an increase in foot traffic in the neighborhood. The patio bar on the corner sometimes hosts events. Trains can be occasionally heard in the distance. Sound machines can be found in each room and the living room to make your stay more enjoyable.
