This first floor Inlet Village condo features all the comforts of home including a pool, bbq areas, flat screen TV’s and screened lanai.Conveniently located 40 minutes from West Palm Beach airport and only a short drive to Orlando area attractions and the Kennedy Space Center.

EACH STAY ALLOWS YOU GUEST PRIVILEGES AT THE OCEAN CLUB WITH AMENITIES THAT INCLUDE: GOLF,TENNIS, GYM, AND ADDITIONAL POOLS AND HOT TUB AT THE MARRIOTT RESORT FACILITIES!!!!!

This is a truly a one stop vacation location with something for everyone. Located lake front as well as being on the first hole of the Marriott golf course, you can sit on the new patio furniture in your private screened lanai and watch the golfers as well as the fish jumping in the lake. Like to sunbathe or swim in the ocean?? Then walk or take the tram to enjoy the beautiful sand beach and blue ocean waters complete with a tiki bar for a snack or an afternoon cocktail. Not into the beach, then enjoy the private lake front crystal clear swimming pool located just steps from the unit. Fish??? This area is known as the 'sailfish capital of the world' with an onsite marina and numerous options for charter fishing. Want to dine out? Enjoy the Marriott's Baha grill or take a short trip to quaint downtown Stuart and enjoy numerous dining opportunities and wonderful shops to browse in.

Wake up every morning to a stunning view of the lake and golf course from your king size bed in the master bedroom. The master is complete with a full en-suite bath, two large closets and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom enjoys a comfortable queen bed with a large closet and full bath directly adjacent to it.

The living-room has a sleeper sofa, love seat, large flat screen TV and DVD player for your enjoyment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and a breakfast bar along with a wide open view of the lake and golf course. A separate dining area is also provided as well as a pantry for storage .

The laundry room is complete with a full size washer,dryer, iron and ironing board as well as chairs and a cooler to help you enjoy the beach.

Great Winter Get Away Condo

We have had a great 2 and 1/2 month stay in this condo enjoying the winter weather here in Florida. The location and property are great and in a five mile radius of great restaurants both in downtown Stuart and Jensen Beach. The condo is well stocked with all kitchen utensils, bath and beach towels as well as beach chairs and a cooler. We have had countless enjoyable early mornings enjoying our coffee on the lanai overlooking the pond and first green of the golf course. The condo is also furnished nicely and great for hosting visitors and family. The beach, pools and Tiki Bar provide the feel of a first class resort and gave us many days of enjoyment during our stay. The final touch was opening the door each morning and finding the Local Stuart newspaper and Wall Street Journal on our door step. Nice touch Brian. Brian the owner, could not be more accommodating and responsive to any calls or questions we had. This was our first extended winter stay in Florida and We couldn't have asked for a better property to stay at. Thanks Brian!!

Great Vacation

My wife and I stayed for a month and found the condo to be in excellent condition with many upgrades. The location was excellent with access to a golf course , tennis courts. a pool and the beach. The owner was very professional to deal with and any concerns were handled immediately. We had a very pleasant experience and would certainly stay again.

Perfect Stay

Great place to stay, the condo is wonderful. Perfect location for golf, beach and tennis. Grocery store is very close you can walk there and Marriott amenities were wonderful. The owner was great and easy to deal with and took care of any issues we had. We would definitely rent this place again.

Great stay!!!

Wow what a great place! The condo is perfect! Clean,bright,well equipped and the furnishings are like new....perfect location a short walk to the beach,golf or tennis. The club privileges to the Marriott amenities were such a bonus and thoroughly enjoyed. The owner was fabulous to deal with and took care of everything including recommending restaurants and great fishing excursions and water sports. We will definitely be back to enjoy this wonderful place again!! Thanks so much...

Perfect Stay

A Great February

Our time at Inlet Village was so enjoyable. We have rented VRBO quite a few times in different places and this is the best experience we have had. Brian, the owner gives great attention to detail, and has created a very comfortable condo. He is very accessible with any questions you may have. The condo is very well equipped, and easy to live in for a month. We enjoyed our view from the porch, and watching the sun set over the river in the evening while grilling. This is a great area- a few highlights of our time was our luncheon cruise on The Island Princess to Jupiter, fishing in the river and on the beach, the Stuart Art Show, taking a boat ride on the Loxahatchee River at Jonathan Dickinson State Park.The Marriott facility is very beautiful, great for walking and bike riding.Rental of this condo enables the guests to have access to all Marriott pools, golf course and fitness center- a real plus which we used quite a bit. We are looking forward to returning .

A very enjoyable experience.

The unit is in a great location with a fabulous view of the golf course and lake. The pool was clean and easily accessible with nice facilities. Within walking distance of beach and shops and just a short drive from a great downtown area with plenty of restaurants. The unit itself is spacious, clean and very nicely appointed and the owner was a pleasure to work with making the entire experience easy. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone and will definitely take advantage of it again.

Great February Vacation

Lovely condo, fully equipped. All new furniture, linens and household items. Located within walking distance to beach and local shopping. Included are beach chairs, cooler and beach/pool towels. Washer & dryer a definite plus! Location was quiet and well maintained. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative and would rent here again. Owner was a pleasure to work with, friendly and always with a quick response.
