Comfortable and clean place to stay. Not too far from town or the national parks. It was easy to check in and we didn’t have any problems. The kitchen was well-stocked with plates and cups and pans to cook in.

This house is very nice, calm , quiet neighbor hood. It is located approximately 12 minutes from downtown, and 25 minutes to the arches. Would recommend it, and would stay there again.

The property was perfect for our trip to Moab. The pool and hot tub were just down the street. It was a very comfortable place to stay and having a garage was very helpful.

We loved this rental. The property is new and excellent. Great location, beautiful house and well appointed with furniture and all necessary finishes. This house provided everything we needed in every respect. Truly a first rate experience and I would recommend this house highly.

Amazing location, amazing view and nice neighborhood

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was clean, spacious and the perfect location to get to the parks and anything in downtown Moab or trails nearby. We had a great stay at the condo in Rim Village. The property had everything we needed including a fully stocked kitchen as we loved cooking on our annual boys bike adventure to Moab. Great location and plenty of room for all 5 of us.

Property was very clean, great quiet location close to downtown Moab for driving. Short walk to community pool. House was fully stocked. Garage parking was an added bonus. Will stay again next visit!

Loved the location. Easy to get to Arches and Canyonland but not in the heart of Moab. Is in a nice quiet community with access to swimming pool for the kids after a hot day. Has everything you need. Liked being able to eat in once in a while and keep up with laundry. Short drive to a nice winery too.
