This bay side home is only 100 yards to the ocean via private beach path, only used by Salt Meadows owners and tenants (with only 20 townhomes in all, the beach is never crowded and always peaceful!). The private neighborhood pool is meticulously maintained (so close - 30 second walk from the front door) and features a bath house with two bathrooms and plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. And the private bay front can't be beat! Take the lovely, 2 minute walk down the private bay path and enjoy fishing and crabbing off of the pier, sunbathing on the sandy bayfront beach, and relaxing in the cabana which features a screened in dining area, porch and decking for bayside family gatherings. Many of our guests have commented on how beautiful the bay beach is and how much fun they've had fishing, crabbing and simply relaxing there! We even had guests celebrate their wedding at the bayside cabana! You can catch waves in the morning at the ocean , float in the pool after lunch, and relax bayside while enjoying incredible sunset views. Without ever getting in your car!! Sounds like a perfect day! Property is only about a 2 minute drive to Fenwick Island State Park where you can enjoy beach, concessions, bath house, and umbrella rentals.
