Swans Nest East -2BDRM Tropical Oasis / Heated Pool

This is beautiful piece of paradise. Recently renovated. Very private location, modern pool with waterfall, tranquil backyard, private patio with grill. Patio is complete with all new furniture and stainless steel grill. Heated Pool is shared with only one other unit, but most do not use it at the same time, so there is plenty of privacy. The backyard is huge facing the pool with 1 acre of private land, also with partial view of the Boynton Beach Golf Club. This house will sleep 4 comfortably, brand new pillow top mattresses, 55' Smart TV with sound bar, HD cable and high speed wifi. Stainless steel appliances in our fully stocked kitchen and beautiful wood flooring. The location of the property is close to great restaurants in every direction, including Target, Starbucks, Total Wine, Longhorn, Red Lobster, Bonefish Grill, pizza and italian restaurants, Steak restaurants, pubs, movie theaters just 10 minutes in any direction. Palm Beach is 20 minutes, Downtown Lake worth 15 minutes, Delray Beach is 20 minutes, Disney World is 2 hours, Miami is an hour. Wellington is about 15 minutes away, where the Polo matches and all the Equestrian Shows are held during the winter season. Very nice property. Quiet and not on a major road. We had a very enjoyable stay there and would come back again if we visit the area in the future.

Loved it!

Our stay was perfect. Great communication, house was just as described and although you share the pool we always had the pool to ourselves. We must have been on the opposite schedule as the other guests. We would for sure stay here again if we are in the area.

Excellent home away from home

My family & I stayed at Swans Nest for 4 nights and it was absolutely perfect for us. We chose to cook several meals, and the kitchen is very well stocked with cookware, glasses & dinnerware. Bonus points for a blender for margaritas and the heated pool, even during a "cold snap" in Florida. We will absolutely be back!

Our month at Swans Nest East

We loved our private pool and covered patio with compfortable furniture and the palm trees. We used the beautiful bar bq. Loved the fully equiped kitchen that made us feel like staying home and cooking. It is a compfortable place to spend a month. Loved that it was the feel of out in the country but less than half a mile to anything that you would want from restaurants to shopping, getting hair or nails done, movies. The decor and newness of the condo was very appealing. The listing of pictures and descriptions are accurate. The owner was helpful and available. I definately would recommend this place and want to come back again.

Liked Swan's Nest East but....

We liked the location and roominess of the rental. Enjoyed the quiet backyard. The kitchen was well stocked.The owners were friendly and responsive. Our major concern with the rental was the living room furniture.It was a leather type couch and chairs that were uncomfortable to sit on for more than 30 minutes due to age and design which made it difficult to watch TV at night or early morning. Unless they were replaced we could not return there which we really would like to do.

Excellent place

This is a great small, clean condo. Quiet with a semi-private pool (we had the pool to ourselves but it is shared with another condo) and a private patio. If you like being inland where it is more green, less traffic and noise this is for you. Close to shopping, restaurants and our favorite birding trail walks. It is well equipped with kitchen supplies and great beds and interior design. Could have used some starter hand soap but we bought our own while there. Thanks for the great place, Pete!

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful vacation at this house. The pool and back patio are perfect! The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and appliances so we made many meals at home. The grill was perfect. The property is located within a mile or two of Publix. There are many fun restaurants to visit. We loved Benny’s on the Beach for lunch and cocktails. Lake Worth beach is 20 minutes away. The house is sparkling clean and Peter is a super responsive host. I highly recommend!

Great Place

My husband and I stayed a little over a week and can't say enough about how great this home is. Very quiet area and we enjoyed the pool, patio and grill. It was a nice change from our cold winter. We are hoping to come back and stay again. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed we just went to grocery store to get food. The bedroom and bathroom was perfect too. The pool was really nice allowing us to relax and float on the nice sunny days. Peter and Kelly have a very nice home we definately would recommend anyone to stay with them.

Beautiful home

We just spent 9 days at Swan's Nest east and it was lovely. Owners were fantastic and accomodating, and the house was beautifully appointed and brand new. High speed internet, brand new high end appliances, awesome a/v equipment all on a few acres of quiet, private land. If you're looking for a nice, quiet spot close to many restaurants, golf courses, and shopping, not to mention the beautiful Palm Beach and Lake Worth beaches, this is the place. We'd highly recommend this rental as well as their 3 bedroom home next door, Swans Nest West.

Our property is close to all the great places we love about Florida. We are close to the horse and Polo shows in Wellington, 2 hour drive from Disney World and Universal Studios, 15 minute drive to Lake worth Beach and boardwalk, 20 minute drive to City Place in Palm Beach, 1 hour from Miami, and 30 minutes from Hard Rock resort Hotel in Hollywood, Florida

We are really close to Wellington, where the Polo Club is during the winter season and for all the Equestrian Shows. About a 15 minute drive to Wellington. We also have extra room for trailers for horses.
