Escape to our newly remodeled 2-bed, 1-bath Seattle retreat! This 1000 sq ft apartment comfortably fits 4 guests. Enjoy a full kitchen, cozy fireplace, and a private deck. Perfectly located within walking distance to Seattle Children's Hospital and University Village. Your ideal base for exploring the city, complete with dedicated parking.

The bright, welcoming living room is bathed in natural light from expansive windows. Unwind on the plush sofa or in the two swiveling/reclining chairs, perfect for conversation or a cinematic experience by the cozy fireplace.

**Kitchen & Dining:**
A full, modern kitchen is a culinary haven, equipped with everything you need to prepare any meal. The well-lit dining room doubles as a versatile workspace with fast internet.

**Bedrooms & Bathroom:**
Rest and recharge in our thoughtfully appointed bedrooms:
* Master Bedroom: A spacious room featuring a luxurious king-sized bed and direct access to a private deck.
* Second Bedroom: A cozy room adorned with a comfortable queen-sized bed.
The well-lit bathroom offers a spacious shower.

**Amenities:**
* In-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

You will have complete private access to the entire upstairs apartment. This includes the full living space, both bedrooms, the bathroom, and the private deck off the master bedroom. A dedicated parking spot in the driveway is also provided for your vehicle.

Please note that the beautiful backyard patio is a shared oasis, offering a tranquil ambiance with ample room for everyone to unwind.

We live near the property in a separate unit and are available if you need anything, but we respect our guests' privacy and will give you your space to enjoy your stay. We are easily reachable through the app if you have any questions or need local recommendations.

The home is so charming! We celebrated our family Thanksgiving here, and it was well-stocked for us to cook. Comfortable setting, felt like home away from home. Convenient to UW campus for the football game. Alan was a responsive host. We definitely plan to return.

This home is well done and comfortable. If the sun is out it is light and bright, and cosy when it is gray. The updates are so well done and everything is new, but in complete agreement with the original house.We are locals who needed to be out of our house. Being 4 blocks from Metropolitan market was a real bonus! A short drive to University Village and QFC. I needed to print some documents and drove to the Seattle Public Library about 15 blocks away.Wish we had been able to get the smart TV to interact with our device.

This place was so clean and comfortable. I loved it and hope to stay there again when I’m back in the area. It is a perfect location for what I came for and is near a walking/biking path. The neighborhood is full of beautiful homes and gardens and I found the people very friendly.

Fantastic, cozy, clean home.

Just had an ideal stay in this newly remodeled home. Perfect for our family of 5 in town for college graduation ceremonies. Great walkable neighborhood, super quiet with great amenities including a fantastic back deck. Loved it!

Perfect, Cozy Home

We visit Seattle Children's once a year for my daughter check-ups. This home was perfect, especially if your familiar to the Laurelhurst neighborhood. Close to the hospital, University Village, QFC, and Metropolitan Market. It was easy check in, home was super clean with all the amenities, off street parking, and a cute backyard! We'll be booking again next year.

This house was a perfect place to stay for us when we had a loved one at Seattle Children's Hospital. The house itself is immaculate, comfortable, and very well appointed. We had everything we needed. I especially liked the recliner chairs in the living room, the bright bathroom with its spacious shower, and the peaceful bedrooms. The outdoor area is also beautiful and inviting, although it was a bit too cold to enjoy it fully in October. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, with both the hospital and a grocery store in easy, pleasant walking distance. I rarely used the car, but when I did, it was nice to have an off-street parking option. It's worth noting that the lower level of this house is a separate unit that can be rented, so if there are tenants present, they can be heard moving around and talking. Overall, we could not have asked for a better place to stay during a somewhat difficult time. I wish we could have stayed longer, and I'd happily choose this house again if we're ever back in the area. Many thanks!

Long weekend in Seattle

We had a lovely time at this light and airy property. Check in the process was smooth. Everything was impeccably clean and tidy. The instructions for laundry, coffee, tv, fireplace etc. were easy to find and follow. The back patio was a lovely place to enjoy morning coffee when weather allowed. Beds were super comfortable. Would definitely recommend to friends and family visiting the area!

10 STARS!!!!!

The moment we walked into the cozy home, we instantly felt that we made the most amazing decision. We had to come to Seattle for my husband’s heart surgery at UW Medical Center. We walked into the living room and were greeted by a very beautiful, clean, elegant home. The living room was perfect with a comfy couch and two extremely comfortable recliner chairs (which really helped as my husband was recovering from surgery). We loved the ambiance of the fireplace which we used to take the chill off in the mornings or on a rainy day. The dining room was beautiful and was a spectacular place to refuel as well as work on projects and look out at the beautiful blossoms, birds and squirrels. The artwork throughout the home was absolutely stunning. The kitchen was my favorite room in the house as it was spectacular. I am a bit of a gourmet chef and this kitchen was to die for. The gas stove top was so much fun to cook on and the oven cooked perfectly. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to whip up a meal that is Bon Appetit! The master bedroom was a dream. The king size bed was so comfortable and having a deck right outside our bedroom was wonderful for walks as my husband was recovering. My teenage daughter loved her bedroom and bed as well. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful and beautiful. Our host Alan was amazing. We are already talking about when we can come back next year and stay in our Seattle Sensational Home! I would highly recommend this home.

Eine tolle Umgebung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Viertel ist ruhig, sehr grün und entspannt. Supermärkte und Busse sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Es ist kein Problem nach Downtown zu fahren. Universität studiert Wir haben unseren Sohn, der an der Universität studiert besucht, die Wohnung lag für uns optimal.
