Perfect for quick weekend with the crew (multiple units available!) and perfectly suited for a longer term stay. Amenities include elevator, wifi, secured building, smart TV, and your own washer and dryer. Walking distance to all the amazing restaurants on Ingersoll, Confluence & Big Grove Brewery are just steps away - enjoy everything downtown has to offer!

Getting around couldn't be easier. Whether you prefer exploring the city by foot, bike or ride share, your in the center of it all! Great public transit, bike lanes, even sky walks to avoid bad weather!

The Argonne building is in a great spot downtown at the end of Grand. Close enough to the night lift, but far enough and quiet enough to relax and unwind. PERFECT spot for traveling medical professionals - 5-7 minutes to all the downtown hospitals. Also blocks away from Gateway Park - where multiple DSM festivals are held.
