Our villa boasts two distinct units: the main residence(135m2) and a separate lounge area(90m2), both harmoniously rented as a single, comprehensive property.

The smaller house has a ground floor with an additional dining table and a sitting area, as well as a separate WC. On the upper floor, you will find the "music room", where you can choose from a selection of CD-s and Vinyl records and simply relax.

Wake up to fresh and rural surroundings, in this fabulous Istrian villa with pool. The old building elements, such as stone and wood, have been preserved during the renovation works and, combined with modern furnishings, give it an exquisite living ambience. On the fenced property guests can still use an outbuilding, which has a recreation room on the first floor and a music room with Hi-Fi system upstairs. In the main house you expected living room and kitchen on the first floor, while two bedrooms and a bathroom are on the second floor. In the attic, with the minimum ceiling height of about 165 cm, is also a bedroom with bathroom. Enjoy the refreshing pool, as well as the shade on the covered terrace on hot summer days. The picturesque landscape of the almost untouched nature in the surrounding area, has cycling and hiking trails to offer but also some ranches where horse lovers can go horseback riding. We are granting the possibility of organizing small and intimate weddings with catering and a complete decoration of the house (with flowers, plates, chairs, etc.).
