* No smoking inside or outside the property; a $1,500 penalty fee

* Guest list submission is required for each confirmed booking.
* Rental Property Agreements are required to be signed with a valid
government-issued ID after reservation confirmation.

Use of Amenities

* The property's BBQ grill and pool heater must be requested at least
5 days before check-in.
* The pool heating fee applies per day and requires heating for the
entire reservation (minimum 5 nights charge).
* Use of the spa is at the same temperature as the pool; it is not
independently temperature-controlled.
* Guests do not have access to the resort's Club House amenities,
water park, or gym facilities.
* Do not pull the fire alarm unless necessary; otherwise, the guest
will be responsible for associated costs.

Additional Information

* Valet trash service is provided; place bagged and tied trash and
flattened boxes in bins on the side of the house.
* Washcloths are not provided due to health reasons.
* Daily housekeeping is available upon request 48 hours before
arrival and is subject to availability and charges.
