The outdoor lanai has everything you always wanted, an oversized heated saltwater pool and hot tub with LED lighting, a large table for the family to gather, and is combined with a professional-grade grill to cook some delicious fish. There are many pool toys available to use while having fun around the pool.

Living space
The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and all cooking appliances needed to make a master chef meal. If you like to wake up to a nice cup of joe, our state-of-the-art coffee machine will keep you caffeinated. Even on a rainy day, the family can enjoy themselves in the living room, with the ginormous 75in 4k flat-screen TV, combined with a very soft and cozy couch, 2 arcade games, foosball table, arcade basketball, many books, and board games.

Master Bedroom
The modern sleek master bedroom will make you feel like you are in a 5-star hotel, with its cozy king-sized bed with a high-end advanced memory foam mattress, and suite bathroom with a great walk-in shower and separate tub. The room is also equipped with a new 65` 4k TV for all your watching needs.

There are 2 pack and play cribs and a high chair available for the younger guests.

Guest bedrooms (x4)
There are 2 guest bedrooms both aesthetically equipped with king and queen-sized beds both with state-of-the-art memory foam mattresses. Both bedrooms include a 4k TV and a closet for all storage needs. The 4th bedroom is right next to the sliding glass door and is equipped with another state-of-the-art memory foam queen-sized mattress. Included in this room is another 4k TV for all binging needs. The 5th bedroom is equipped with 2 memory foam twin beds, with a closet that can store all clothes and other things.

The house and everything included is brand new with high-quality. The memory foam mattresses, pillows, sheets, towels are luxury hotel quality.

Additional charge
The pool and the hot tub are heated and are controlled by an iPad application. The electricity cost of $100 per week is included in the rental price and is more than enough with normal use. Additional consumption is charged at $0.20 per kWh. Meters are read at check-in and again at check-out. Any overages are paid during check-out.
