• Open-concept living room includes 55-inch LED smart Roku TV and L-shaped couch, full-length mirror as well as a large dedicated workspace (high-speed Wi-Fi, ergonomic chair, Dell monitor, Bluetooth wireless mouse and keyboard, desk lamp).
• Kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Fully stocked with pots, pans, baking trays, cutting knife and board, bowls, dishes, glassware, utensils, kettle, can openers, measuring spoons and cups, salt and pepper, cooking oil, and condiments. Complimentary Nespresso coffee and tea is provided.
• Dining table with 4 dining chairs are in a dedicated dining area near the kitchen
• Bedroom has a Queen bed with a 10-inch Beautyrest mattress and two types of pillows (firm and soft) that comfortably sleeps two; clean bed linens and pillows are provided. Nightstand with lamps, luggage rack, walk-in closet, iron and iron board, outlet extension cords are available for use.
• Bathroom includes shower and tub combo with complimentary spa-quality sustainable body wash, shampoo / conditioner by Public Goods. Towels and full-size Conair hair dryer is also provided. Free toilet papers are included.
• Washer / dryer is available in-unit (located in the bedroom) with complimentary laundry detergent.
• Guests may control the heat (baseboard) and A/C (window) in the unit.

Guest Access:
You will have the entire apartment – the Signature Suite – to yourself during your stay and feel free to use anything in the apartment. You will only share the front gate entrance with the host and have a private door entrance to get to your apartment.

Located in a serene residential neighborhood nested between the prominent Van Vorst Park and Hamilton Park, guests can leisurely enjoy nearby cafés, bars and restaurants or conveniently access Manhattan within minutes via PATH.
Getting Around:
Our property is about 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from the Grove Street PATH Train Station. From the Grove Street PATH Station, the train can take you to Downtown Manhattan, New York City in less than 10 minutes to the World Trade Center. Through the Oculus at WTC, seamlessly connect to 10+ subway lines to almost any direction in NYC or visit areas such as the Financial District, Tribeca, Battery Park, Chinatown and more. Additionally, the PATH train from Grove Street Station can also stop at Newport and Hoboken in NJ as well as Christopher Street, 9th Street, 14th Street, 23rd Street and 33rd Street within minutes to reach neighborhoods like West Village, Chelsea, Union Square, Flatiron, Madison Square Garden / Herald Square and more. The PATH trains run as frequently as every 5 minutes during the peak hours and every 20 minutes during the off-peak hours / weekend.
Located a stone’s throw away from Lower Manhattan, Jersey City is also easily accessible by ferry and Uber / Lyft. Stay here to visit all that New York City has to offer, but also check out local highlights such as Liberty State Park, where you can see the Statue of Liberty, and the waterfront by Exchange Place, where you can see the beautiful skyline of NYC. Lastly, Downtown Jersey City is about 14-22 minutes driving distance from Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), which is just moments after your flight lands.

• Public transit is recommended for guests traveling between NYC / JC.
