Stay in the. center of Hickman county, home of Minnie Pearl! Hardwood floors and exposed brick walls, brand new full kitchen, bath with walk-in shower, king size bed and new sofa bed with queen sleeper. A gorgeous mixture of new and antique furniture, original artwork and all new kitchenware including brand new pots and pans and cutlery. 65" TV, wifi included, in a secure second floor building, close to the Duck River Park, Grinder Switch Winery, restaurants and designer coffee house within walking distance on the square. This is a lovely, urban environment. There is plenty of street parking but also dedicated parking the back. There's even a new washer/dryer in the apartment. You will be very cozy here. Note: you must be able to walk up 20 stairs as the apartment is on the second level. NO PETS ALLOWED except certified and registered Service Dogs. Maximum occupancy 4 persons (one time $25 additional cleaning/linen fee for additional guests. Additional $20 per person per night over 2 people).

Best spot on the Natchez Trace

We cycled the Natchez Trace and are so glad we stayed here. The apartment was completely remodeled and it was top notch. Rachael was very helpful with the booking and recommendations. Her artwork is very pleasing and calming. We loved the place.

Wonderful stay!

My husband and i stayed here as an extension to my parents small getaway farm. My brother was getting married there and we stayed here to avoid overcrowding. It was so convenient to their place and we loved having all the great eating places literally within steps of the apartment. Thanks so much for the great place to stay!

Comfy, cute and very clean

Comfy, cute and very clean. It had everything we needed to be able to cook and stay cool. The coffee shop right next door was a plus too. Thirty (35) minute drive to Loretta Lynn Ranch for the annual amateur national motocross race. Nice to have a place like this to go to inbetween races.

It's really the perfect Place to stay. You're right there in the middle of shopping restaurants, all within walking distance.The nice thing is, you feel very safe and the owner is very welcoming. An easy to get ahold of if you need any assistance. The actual place is just as custom as it can be. I love the charm of the brick walls and yet, has been modernized with all the latest conveniences of a kitchen, nice bathroom televisions, all the things you would want to make you feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place. Probably the best in town I would have to say. It just has a lot of charm and a comfortability that can't be matched.

We were very pleased with location and the cleanliness of the apartment. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We loved the location, as it is right on the historic square of the town, and within walking distance to the coffee shop and restaurants. We even paid a visit to Minnie Pearl !

Charming Town Square Cozy Apartment

My husband and I absolutely adore this cozy comfy place! This is our second time staying here and we wouldnā€™t consider staying anywhere else! The place is impeccably clean and comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom has all the comforts of home, the bed is big and comfortable and the pillows are nice and soft. Itā€™s an amazing experience!!

Having visited Centerville many times I must say this was by far the best place I've stayed and look forward to visiting again. The unit was terrific and located on the town square. Everything you need except food was provided-I'll know what to expect when I visit again.

We stayed 4 nights at the end of April to visit our grandchildren. The apartment was cozy, quiet and modern with nice hardwood floors and beautiful artwork. The host, Rachael, is very helpful and accommodating. As long as our grandchildren live in the area, we'll stay here for each visit.

This was a beautiful, crystal clean space. Rachel has thought of virtually everything in order to make our stay comfortable. Beautiful artwork on the walls, very tastefully decorated, and every amenity you could think of. Quiet and peaceful place. We would stay here again, for sure. Thank you Rachel!

Wonderful Apartment in Historic Town

I arrived in the late afternoon and my host met me to go over the keys and codes. The apartment was pristine, the King size bed wonderful and the kitchen very well equipped. Rachael was very accommodating, bringing me a special blender to make my morning shakes. The apartment is well decorated and the shower was fabulous. Top notch all the way. I will stay there again when I am in the area.

One of the Best

What an amazing place to stay! I have stayed in a lot of rentals but I have never seen such a comfortable, tasteful space. The bed was outstanding! It was wonderful to have a full kitchen to do a little cooking too. Rachael is a fantastic host - everything was perfect. And right on the Centerville Square! It seems this place is about to explode with businesses. New Pub opening within steps, the Local Place sandwiches and ice cream on the corner. It was easy to get to Nashville for an event. I will be back for sure!! Paul
