The space
Welcome to our property, we are glad you considered us. Pls take a minute and read through the description of this luxurious 1-bedroom apartment which is in a newly built 6 story luxurious apartment complex near downtown Dallas.

When you first arrive, enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding luxurious apartment complexes and be confident you are in a safe environment.

Come in through the side door with an access code we will make available to you before checking in. Once inside the building, take the elevator to the 5th floor.

As you come out of the elevator, take a left and enjoy your walk in the beautiful, bright, clean, and nicely smelled hallway.

Follow the signs on the wall until you reach the apartment number. Upon getting to the door, use the access code which would also have been provided to you to open the door.

WELCOME HOME!!! Take a minute and enjoy the sight of the clean and nicely furnished unit, we are glad you are here!

This unit features a bedroom, a bathroom, a large walk-in closet, a fully stocked kitchen, living room and a nice balcony


Master Bedroom

Enjoy your beautiful night rests in the master bedroom that features a king-sized bed with a very comfortable and soft mattress and lots of pillows.

You don’t want to be late for your meetings so be sure to utilize the alarm clock that sits on the night stand next to the bed to set your wake-up time.

From the bedroom, you can access the huge mirrored bathroom, enjoy your shower and self-care routine then walk right into the large-walk in closet.

Get dressed and go back into the bedroom to check your beautiful self in the large full length mirror, get your phone from the nightstand and finally go to the living area and let’s get the day started!


Kitchen

This is a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make small to medium meals. The kitchen is equipped with:
• Fully stocked coffee station
• A blender
• Plenty of pots/pans for your meals
• Serving utensils
• Full sets of chef knives
• 1 oven and 1 dishwasher

• A wine rack so don’t worry about where to stock those wines

and relax!

• Still working but would rather relax while working? Say no more, we got you! Bring your laptop to the living room
and place it on the extendable coffee table built specifically for working purposes. You do not need a mouse
pad in fact, just you on the couch and your laptop on the table so no stress of placing the laptop on your laps or
your mouse not moving properly because it’s on the couch.


Patio:

When you need some fresh air, go outside to the patio!

You’d find a nice egg chair that swings front and back, right to left. Get cozy while enjoying the stunning view Downtown Dallas has to offer.

It’s beautiful!!! especially at night, so you don’t want to miss it.

From the patio you would get a view of the trinity groove bridge, a very beautiful bridge in downtown Dallas.

Take pictures on the patio too, after all what’s a vacation/staycation/ or even work travel without beautiful pictures to help you remember the experiences!!!

Laundry Room:

You know that feeling when you get back from vacation and it’s time to unpack, do laundry and put everything back in its place?

We do not like that feeling. We just want to continue being on vacation mode not worry about how almost 20 outfits will get washed at once!!!
