Spend your days relaxing out in the sun by the beautiful private pool (for the use of your rental party only). If you rent for 7 nights you get the 7th night free (discount will be adjusted once the rental request has been submitted) The 2,500 sq. ft. house has 3 bedrooms that contain 2 king size beds and 2 single beds (bunk beds). The home sleeps 6 people in beds and 2 additional people via sleeper sofa located in entry. If you need additional space for more people there is a second newly renovated 1100 sq. ft. Red Barn Studio on the property that can be added to your rental for an additional fee (property ID 9457896). The Rockin' T Ranch has a large living room with multiple reclining sofas, large dining table, country chic kitchen, half bathroom & 2 full bathrooms - master has a Tub with a separate and spacious stand up shower. Enjoy the chilly nights cozied up next to one of the three wood burning fire places or the outdoor fire pit. There is WiFi access throughout the house and cable on the 3 large TVs in the 2 master bedrooms and living room. You will have all the comforts of home with the included laundry room washer and dryer. A gas grill is also on site for use. The Rockin' T Ranch is a gateway to the hill country and winery tours, as well as many local wedding venues. There is plenty of room for a helicopter to land. If you are in town for Formula One, it is only 30 minutes from the track by car.
