With 8 bedrooms spread across a main house and guest house, everyone has their own space. We provide essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hangers, an iron, and extra pillows and blankets.

★ MAIN HOUSE ★
* Primary Suite: King bed, sleeper sofa, two full ensuite bathrooms.
* Jack & Jill Suite 1: Two bedrooms, each with a king bed, sharing a full bathroom.
* Jack & Jill Suite 2: One king bedroom and one bedroom with two queen beds, sharing a full bathroom.
* Lower-Level Bedroom: King bed with a full ensuite bathroom.
* Secondary Living Room: Sleeper sofa.
* An additional full bathroom is located on the main level.

* Bedroom 1: Queen bed.
* Bedroom 2: Two single beds.
* Living Room: Sleeper sofa.

For our youngest guests, we also provide a Pack ’n Play and a high chair.

Guest access
Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire 5-acre estate. This includes the main house, the separate guest house, and all indoor and outdoor amenities such as the pool, hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts, and playground.

* **Self Check-In:**
Entry is fully keyless for a smooth and convenient self-check-in experience.
* ** Parking:**
Ample on-site parking is included with your stay.

Please note that the property borders an undeveloped lot that is not part of this rental. For your safety and privacy, we ask that you do not enter or explore that area.

Other things to note
* **Safety & Security:**
For your security and to ensure compliance with local ordinances, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras at entry points and non-recording noise decibel monitoring devices in common areas. These devices respect your privacy and do not record conversations.

* **Pool Details:**
Pool Policy: The pool is open from March 1 to December 1. Pool heating is optional and available for $200 per night during cooler months (March 1–June 1 and September 1–December 1). Please request pool heating at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that when nighttime temperatures drop below 50°F, the pool may not reach or maintain higher temperatures.

* **Pets:** Pets welcome (max 2, up to 50 lbs each). A one-time pet fee applies per pet and is shown at checkout once a pet is added. Pets must be disclosed prior to arrival.

* **Sports Equipment:**
Guests must bring their own rackets, paddles, and balls for the tennis and pickleball courts.

* **Trash Disposal:**
Please use the provided drawstring trash bags for all waste. Do not place loose trash items in the garage cans.

* **Travel Insurance:**
We strongly encourage all guests to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected trip changes or emergencies.

* **Packages & Mail:**
We cannot guarantee the security or retrieval of packages or mail delivered to the property before, during, or after your stay.

* **Damage Waiver:**
A non-refundable $69 damage waiver is required per stay. This is charged separately after booking and is required to complete check-in. It replaces a refundable security deposit and helps us resolve accidental damage quickly.
