Cute condo with everything we needed for our stay. The location was amazing with a short private path to the beach and great ocean sunsets. I would stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful stay! I’ve stayed in multiple short term rentals in Rockaway Beach, and this is, by far, my favorite. The thoughtful touches make it a true home away from home. I cannot wait to return here!

The property was very clean, well furnished, comfortable, and the location was great. There are great views of the ocean along with good access to the beach. Prior to check-in and during my stay, I was corresponding with Spencer who was very prompt and detailed with any questions I had. I would stay here again, and would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful views of the sunsets and easy access to the beach for walks.House was tastefully decorated and loved the fireplace in the evenings!! Well stocked home.Host was always quick to respond to all my questions prior to arrival and gave us great lists of places to go eat and see while there.The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The bidets were a nice addition.Would definitely stay there again

The house was clean and thoughtfully appointed. Lots of attention to detail, which made the stay that much better. Really easy to communicate with the host, and having beachfront access was wonderful!

This owner thought of every detail to make the perfect vacation getaway! Immaculate and an eye for detail. The entire home was well thought out and executed beautifully. Rode the train with our daughter and grandson and was the highlight of his stay. Beds were fabulous. Would definitely recommend

Just passing through

Traveling up the Oregon coast and spent a couple of nights here. Cute little property with great ocean views and beach access. The place was clean and convenient with all the amenities you need.

This was beautifully decorated and supplied house. The view was fabulous. The beds were comfortable and kitchen has everything. The host was always ready to answer questions. We highly recommend this vrbo.

Every contact with Spencer was professional, timely, and friendly. He takes great care of his property. One of the cleanest properties we’ve stayed at. Fabulous view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Very comfortably furnished and well thought out. It’s a great place.

Cozy cottage with all the conveniences of home. Beach is very close after a short walk up and over the dune. We enjoyed having the fully stocked kitchen and the ability to do laundry before our departure. The fireplace was a big plus along with comfy beds. Check in process was so simple and easy communication with the owner was very helpful. Our favorite part was relaxing on the deck and having beach bonfires in the evening. Wood provided! Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic house on the beach

Had a great couple night stay with the kids. House is right on the beach with a nice little path to get down to it. It's in a great spot with a lot of activities on the sand or in town. The kids LOVED the classic train ride from Rockaway to Garibaldi. Check-in and out was easy, all instructions and directions were very clear. We had a blast!

Our sister’s trip to the Oregon coast was made perfect by staying here! Very comfortable and peaceful beachfront cottage. We loved everything from the layout & upgrades in the house to the short access to the wide open beach we walked every morning! So good for the soul! Sunsets were amazing and our rainy day was just as enjoyable with the cozy sectional and fireplace we could curl up and still hear the waves and watch a movie. The kitchen is well stocked and upgraded. The beds were comfortable and nice to have 2 full bathrooms. You can definitely see and feel the intentional and well thought out design used to create a cozy beach house to be enjoyed with your loved ones. Spencer the owner was helpful with suggestions of places to eat and great about checking in to make sure our trip was up to expectations. The location is great to either travel north or south to check out all the small towns along the coast. Rockaway is a cute town and the house is in the perfect peaceful location to get away from it all and enjoy time with your people! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Beach Access

This was a great place with many extra touches to make guests feel welcome. Plenty of kitchen equipment and things like hand soap, paper towels, trash liners, dishwasher detergent,etc. A nice outdoor hose to rinse sandy feet off before entering the unit. Even working USB plugs next to the beds. Looked like there was only one beach chair in the closet but we had brought our own so that did not bother us. Beautiful views, and we really enjoyed the front deck with the house next door blocking the wind.

Very comfortable, peaceful oceanside beach house. Very clean, well-stocked and with new appliances. Property was described accurately in the listing. The owner was very proactive providing access details, wifi password, and gave great recommendations for restaurants and places to see from a local's perspective. We felt right at home and did not experience any issues, and the owner contacted us to make sure we had everything that we needed. It was a very nice 2-bedroom 2 bath home with a roomy family room, eating area and a fully equipped kitchen. Only a few steps down the path and we were on the nice sandy beach. There was plenty of parking space and an EV charger located on the property. Great views of the ocean from the wall-to-wall windows and the large patio. We had a comfortable stay and would stay there again.

November on the Oregon Coast

If we are ever on the Oregon Coast again we will definitely stay here again! I am a detail oriented person so I loved all the provided information about check-in & check- out. Everything went smoothly except for the weather, which was expected. Despite the King tides, we were able to enjoy walks along the beach at low tide and get great pictures of the full moon over the ocean. It was beautiful! Spencer was great about getting us information on the weather and what to look out for during the very high tides. Visiting in November was peaceful and the place was cozy! We took advantage of the remote fireplace in the evenings. This place has everything that we needed.

We weren’t aware of the Level 1 EV charging station and we very greatly appreciate that feature. The unobstructed view of the ocean was beautiful, as were the sounds. Everything thing was spotless and the furniture and linens were higher quality than most vacation homes. The bidet Toto seats in both bathrooms were a nice touch, on the downside now I need to upgrade our home toilet seats.

As advertised this Home is very modern! Quality updates throughout. Very comfortable, great location, secure, and quiet. Kitchen well stocked with extra appliances, like a blender and a coffee maker. Everything you need to be at home. Comfortable beds. Nice box of beach toys. Great view of the beach right from the living room.Nice deck outside to watch the sunsetYou are guaranteed to find updates in this Home that you are going to want to do to yours!
