Our Lake House is available to rent for weekends, holidays, or week-long vacations. Sleeps 6-8 comfortably. Master bedroom has king bed, bedroom (2) has a queen bed and bedroom (3) has two twin extra long beds. All bedrooms have televisions. We also have a queen size air mattress available. The kitchen has all new appliances and laundry room has new washer and dryer. On the outside raised deck, facing the lake, we have a gas grill and a blackstone grill provided. We have several big pots for your fish fry , low country boil, or boiling peanuts. Down at the boathouse we installed a sink to make it easier to clean your fish after a long day on the lake. You will need to bring your own fishing equipment and bait. Also bring a few folding chairs for the dock. We can’t leave them out for you because of the wind. We provide everything else to make your stay as fun as possible. BUT, I must stress to you, please bring groceries, snacks, drinks or anything else you are planning on using with you as you check in. We are isolated from stores, really isolated. We have two spots around here and I provided pictures of both of them. Coops, about 15 miles from us, is a country store with a little bit of everything, including breakfast and lunch. We also have, Anslies, Country Store, they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner until 7 p.m. They also have Hunt’s Pizza and Wings which is one of our favorites. Beware, prices are a little higher. The nearest Dollar General on Hwy 22, is about 30 minutes away. It’s 20 miles from our driveway to Lowes in Milledgeville but it will take you about 40 minutes to drive it. If you go by boat it takes about 15 minutes to get to Marina on Hwy 441. The nearest boat Landing is Cosby’s Landing Boat Launch, 475 Ramp Road, Sparta, GA 31087. It’s located off Carr Station Road which is en-route to our place.

We feel our place is the perfect place to make wonderful memories with your family and friends!

This place was the perfect spot for our family! Extremely clean, easy check in and very cozy. Lulu was so friendly and communicated very quickly. All the beds were extremely comfortable which is a BIG deal! We brought our boat and jet ski. It was very convenient to put in at a boat ramp nearby. The cove was quiet and calm so we could swim and float for hours. Our kids really enjoyed the paddle boards. We will definitely be back!

Aly, it was a pleasure having your family as our guests. I take pride in knowing you found it extremely clean and comfortable. That’s the kind of home away from home I’m striving for. I feel like I’ve met some new friends from texting and talking to you. What really impressed me was your husband calling to see if I wanted him to water the new sod and my roses. I loved the pictures and videos you sent me and it looked like everyone was having fun , especially the kids. Making memories and relaxing is what it’s all about. Our host Sandra was very Sweet and made sure we felt welcomed!! Loved the short time we stayed there. IThe home was clean and the view of the lake was so peaceful and the kids enjoyed making snores on the fire pit!! Thanks Sandra for the gift basket and treats you left we appreciated it !!

Great getaway

Mrs. Lulu was an awesome host who was so welcoming and helpful. The home was very cozy and comfortable. The area seemed to be a great fishing sport. If you want a remote quiet home away from home, this is it!

The Carter Family I’m thrilled to hear you were satisfied and enjoyed your stay with us. I’m sorry the weather didn’t cooperate with your stay. We never know what Mother Nature has in store for us. Please save our place and I hope you plan to come back soon . We have big plans for the near future, problem is, finding the right person that will come give us estimates and actually come do the work! We plan to level off the entrance from the road, shrubs and flower beds, brick walkway to the boathouse and a fire pit! I’m glad I got to speak and text with you before and during your stay. Beautiful, comfortable home, the owners went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, provided lots of great information about the area and their home. We had everything we needed, so much more was provided than in usual rentals, you can tell this is a home away for them as well. They welcomed us with two goody baskets and stayed in contact incase we needed anything or had any questions. The boathouse is perfect, large dock to lay around, toys for the water, beautiful fire pit for star gazing. Cannot say enough how perfect this property is, exactly what we needed and wanted!

This rental was AMAZING! Lulu, the owner, thought of everything. She even provided a goodie basket with snacks for the kids, and adult kids with a sweet tooth. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, it came with all the necessities. The fire pit or the dock down by the water is THE PLACE to be early in the morning when it’s still cool outside. It’s the most relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. At night, we did s’mores by the fire pit, listened to a little music and relaxed, which was a lot of fun. Firewood was provided! The property is pet friendly and tucked away in a quiet cove, but close to many things by boat. We were allowed access to their paddle boards, fishing poles, even a golf cart, which was extremely helpful when bringing our things back up the hill to the house. We will definitely be returning and recommend this lake house to all of our friends. Definitely a 10/10 rating

The host was great and extremely communicative. We had no issues during our stray and found it to be a wonderful retreat and the perfect getaway for time to unwind. Highly recommend renting a pontoon boat and having it delivered to the private dock right out the back door. Would recommend and stay here again! Five stars all the way!

The house was exceptionally clean and had all of the comforts of home. The dock was perfect for our boats and we had a blast swimming in the quiet cove. Our host made sure that we were well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again.
